Do not eat here unless you are teenager. I did not even bother tasting the food. Service was 30+ minutes for a brisket sandwich, they were not busy. When delivered to bar no «can I get you anything else» and this was the manager delivering it. No silverware, no side condiments listed on menu as part of meal were included. And no bread/butter pickles listed on menu were served. I had to ask for silverware, salt pepper, condiments etc. when i asked about the pickles I was told they were out. That was last straw — why didn’t they say so when i ordered. I didn’t really care about pickles but it was it. I did not even touch the food! I paid my bill. Complained to manager who never offered to comp. they are running a kitty factory. No experience or understanding of how to run a restaurant.

Disaster from start to finish. Tuesday evening — we arrived early(5pm) with reservations. Table was not ready when we arrived, despite almost no one in the restaurant. Some strange(baby?) clothes in a bundle on the table when we were seated. Plenty of wait staff and plenty of kitchen staff. 2 dinners did not arrive and had to be reordered. One dinner arrived cold — was returned warm on the edges and hot the center — they chose to microwave instead of doing it right. Well done filet was charred. Medium rare filet was well done. Well done filet was returned and replacement didn’t arrive for over 30 minutes. «Comped» for three worst dinners. 150 minutes of excruciating results after indicating we were in a rush. Never again.

My family and I went to Logan’s Roadhouse for Father’s Day dinner and we were terribly disappointed. As soon as we arrived, the hostess said it would be a 15 min wait. We waited half an hour. Soon after we were greeted by our server, he was quick to say that the 75% of the restaurant was gone for the day and that they wouldn’t restock until Monday. – No sirloin, 6 oz filet mignon, ribs. How is a restaurant NOT going to be stocked up for Father’s Day weekend? Absolutely unacceptable. It is safe to say we are never returning to this location again.

I have eaten there before and it was pretty decent. But today we ended up leaving the restaurant because our food never showed up. We waited 40 minutes and the waiter never gave us a courtesy to check up on us. The manager didn’t bother to speak to us about the servise. That says a lot about your business. SHM

Waited over 40 minutes for food. Margarita was ridiculously sour, sent back. Vegetable skewer was completely raw, supposed to be grilled. Steak was cooked well and tasted great. No manager visible on the floor to speak to. Rolls were good as always but food and service disappointing. Couldn’t even get the attention of a manager and server did not speak very good English although she was very sweet.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Food was diaguating, my medium rare steak came well done. I don’t normally review places because I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for years and I understand when things go wrong. Everyone I was with hated their food as well. The server was fine, she kept forgetting things but I get it. She was completely drowning as she was so busy, but what pissed me off was that no staff was helping her with anything. They were not busy at all. Manager was completely useless too. I’ll never be caught eating there again, only decent thing was the free nuts that they dont actually cook.

As always, I write my reviews as I’m here so let me start from the beginning of our experience. Our waitress was really nice and provided good service and very accommodating. FYI — my family is here somewhat regularly and we have had problems but come because service is always excellent. Anyways, we came as our family with my two year old niece and as usual we order her food first, however, when it arrives it’s cold and tastes old. We sent it back and got a fresh bowl within a few minutes. Was even nice enough to bring her a better macaroni dish. Our food as always, the country style buttermilk chicken was perfect. For some reason our sweet tea tastes like watered down Coke. Not our best experience. Not our worst experience. Come here and get good service with a decent chance of getting no mistakes or mishaps.

I have been dining at this location for a long time and have had good food and service before. Boy that that change last week when dining with family and friends. Our server was sooooo slow and the steaks were horrible. Maybe new staff doing it wrong??? I will never… Be back!

The food was delicious! Service was fantastic!!! Went for Mother’s day. Got the 11 oz sirloin, shrimp skewers, vegetable skewers, baked potato, the chips appetizer, the fried mushroom appetizer, and a berry sangria. I wanted to try the cheesecake but was way too full. Everything was cooked perfectly and I highly recommend everything I tried. My husband got the ribs and recommends them as well.

Typical American steakhouse. Nothing too special. Everything is average. It’s just like walking into any American restaurant that serves burgers. I will say that there is one burger(that I can’t remember the name of) that is really good. It’s a normal burger but the cheese is made into a party so it’s crispy on the outside, but when you bite into it, it’s all gooey. Super good. The service is above average.

This is one of our favorite steakhouses. You must avoid weekends after 7 or there is a bit of a wait. During the summer, there is plenty of outside seating, and the restaurant is on the waster, which is a nice addition. There is a decent sized waiting area. It’s a little loud, but there is a bar area as soon as you walk in, and a juke box that pipes music throughout the restaurant. The lighting is a bit dim, making it somewhat challenging to read the menu. The booths are extremely small and slightly uncomfortable… being 5’10 already makes seating a challenge. While waiting for your order, you are provided with yeast rolls and butter(my weakness). My daughter loves ordering from the side menu. The loaded baked potato, and grilled vegetables are always tasty and amazing. Though they are technically a steak house, I now avoid their steak because it honestly is rarely cooked right. I tried the brisket nachos and they were just ok. Their desserts are good but I’m usually too stuffed to order. They have a nice variety of beers, too! The pale ales are my favs.

Kelly, the bartender was amazingly friendly. However, the steaks were old, dis colored, and over cooked.

This restaurant is great! Very accommodating, attentive and professional. I had a group dinner here last night. I was expecting about 20 but only 11 showed. The manager was so quick to get our tables ready. Our server was absolutely wonderful. I wish I could remember his name, but he was the greatest. Very patient and kind. I deeply apologize for my whole group not showing, especially after the staff there who rushed around to get our tables ready. I will definitely be back. Thank you to Logan’s Roadhouse!

So we saw the mixed reviews but since we’re new to town and it’s close decided to try. The wait wasn’t bad being as though it was jammed packed. We were told 20 – 25 minutes and were sat in 15 minutes. It took a little while for 1 of the 3 servers in our area to notice us, but once that happen we were good. It was very busy looking at tables vs servers. Our serve definitely could have been more more focused but overall did a good job juggling all his tables on a Saturday night. The food was excellent however the kitchen was very slow. We had refills in drinks and rolls before our food arrived. The rolls are enough to make you come back — but avoid a weekend or smack in the middle of dinner service. The kitchen was slow with entrees and all the tables around us reflected so.

This was my second time at Logan’s & I honestly went back just for their rolls which are absolutely to die for! They’re complimentary upon being seated & you can always ask for a fresh basket. Service started out a little slow, actually it was horrible. I’m very lenient as I know what’s it’s like to be a server so it has to be pretty bad for me to say that. I just assumed our server was new just to make sense of it. The manager definitely made our visit more pleasant & service got better towards the end. It was great that they have happy hour EVERYDAY. We visited on a Sunday at around 4:00pm & it was still happy hour(3 – 6). I had wings & cheese fries from the happy hour menu; both of which came generously portioned. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.

I stopped in for dinner tonight. It was nearly 20 minutes before I spoke to my waitress. I fear I would have waited even longer had I not flagged down the hostess after she finished seating some other guests. Hopefully, this isn’t a common occurrence. I had a half rack of ribs with lobster tails, mashed potatoes with gravy and broccoli. The ribs were very tender and well seasoned. The bbq sauce was tangy and applied just right, not drowning but not lacking. The lobster tail was a mistake. I wouldn’t get that again. Especially not here. The mashed potatoes with gravy was forgettable, not much taste. The broccoli was surprisingly tasty. It was a bit softer than I usually like but still good.

I read the reviews on this place and I was hesitant to try it out but I still took my family here on a Saturday night. The waiter was very friendly, the drinks where good but the service was extremely slow. Somehow our order got lost or forgotten(even had to ask the waiter where is our salads) and after two hour of trying to be patient it was time to speak to he manager. The manager apologize and gave us our order for free minus the cost of drinks and we took it to go. When we got back home and tried the food it was cooked to perfection! The disconnect I notice with this place is with the waiters. Although our waiter was nice he did a horrible job of managing his area and it cost them about $ 80. I’m not sure if I would come back or not.

Sorry Logan’s. I was one of your biggest fans. My family loved when I announced we were coming to eat your food. Every meal I’ve had was great and twice I have noted that here on past reviews. Today… I was very disapointed. My happy place for nachos. They have been switched from Chili Cheese nachos to some random cheese sauce poured over some chips. There were two beans total on the plate. A pinch of some kind of chili looking sauce… No flavor. We waited a pretty long time to get our entrees. I ordered the new Flat Iron steak(medium) with baked potato and steamed broccoli. The steak was more on the rare side and was hard to cut. Really chewy and there was a sinew string that refused to be sawed in half. I could only eat 4 bites. The waitress noticed and said she’d comp it. I told her, it was no big deal, no worries, but she said, no. it’s a new item and you didn’t even eat it, you cannot pay for this. She was nice. There weren’t a lot of people in there and it was weird when we walked in as for the first time, I saw no meat being cooked on the front grill behind the glass. That smell used to be so good and now there is an «underneath» kind of smell that’s there. I noticed it first thing. L.R. Perhaps run an undercover boss steakout or something. Don’t let your good customers leave you over something you can step in and fix.

Logan’s Roadhouse is A-OK. It meets expectations which is to say you get a decent meal at a reasonable price. We used to go to this Logan’s more often back when our daughter was growing up. Whenever we would do some shopping Manassas sometimes dinner would be here. It has been years since we went here. The menu has changed somewhat — no more Chatahootchie cheese fries, which were Logan’s take on Outback’s Aussie cheese fries. We got here just before 5 p.m. on a Saturday and already they were busy. It took about 20 minutes before we were seated. It seems that they weren’t fully staffed in the front of the house at that hour. So it was a matter of having more servers on hand before everybody could get seated. To drink, I tried their take on a whiskey sour which uses their own sour mix. Truth be told, it wasn’t that good — a strong drink but on the bitter side. My husband had an O’Douls. I had the southwestern bbq chicken. This dish consists of a thin boneless, skinless chicken breast that’s topped with a bbq sauce that’s on the spicy side plus melted mild cheddar cheese and some fresh tomato pieces. For my 2 sides I chose a grilled vegetable skewer and loaded mac & cheese. The chicken was a bit overcooked but still tasty. The veggies were well grilled and consisted of red onions, zucchini, tomatoes and button mushrooms. I liked the loaded mac & cheese as it had a generous portion of cheese and ample bacon bits on top. Thankfully, the side portion was small. My husband had the 9 oz. filet. We noticed that now when you order a steak at Logan’s, the server asks you to cut into it right away when it comes to your table. This is done to make sure that it is cooked the way you ordered. Actually, this is a good idea. If the steak isn’t properly prepared, it can get corrected more quickly this way. He thought that his filet was okay but said that Outback has better quality steak. For his sides, he got a garden salad and a baked potato. The baked potato was on the small side, which was fine as it was properly prepared. Before the tip, dinner cost $ 46 + change. I’m sure that at some point we will go to a Logan’s Roadhouse again.
