Wow service here was pretty subpar. The cashier took forever to ring my order. She kept making mistakes and needed the manager to void out the register total twice. Then the cooking staff burnt my Egg McMuffin. I feel sorry for the manager as she was trying to keep things running right.

This place must think I’m a God as they are always giving me burnt offerings! I finally got tired of it so I came in and ordered an Egg McMuffin and told them that I was tired of them burning the muffins. I said if the muffin is black, then it is burnt and tastes burnt and I will give it back. They said they understood but gave me the usual burnt muffins (plural, as both top and bottom muffins were burnt). So they agreed to try again. Burnt the muffins again. Then the manager came out, asked me to leave and refunded my money.

This place is still only 2 stars. The double drive through is nice (if the driver in the other lane is not rude and cuts you off!). The speed of the drive through is great (unless you are one car behind someone who discusses their choices AFTER getting to the menu board — really! Next time just go inside.)
Our sausage McMuffin with egg was terrible this morning. Egg and sausage were fine but the English Muffin was old and stale. I realize they are ‘buy one get one free’ but they really need to throw out the old muffins!

Employees have attitude problems when THEY are the ones that misunderstood what YOU said.
Unsafe environment. Have seen benches break in here.
Granted, it’s McDonald’s so that’s probably speaking highly.

Nasty nasty nasty… food was gross, cold and fries were over cooked, kinda seemed recooked actually. I dont eat at mc donalds much and now I know why. I had the bacon ranch salad which wasnt worth 5 and some change.

I’m not much on fast food, but this is the freshest fast food joint I’ve ever been to. Never disappointed here. Come here for breakfast often.

Got a tweener who insists that this is the best McDonalds and the only one he’ll eat from, so I go once in a while.
As mentioned in another review, turning out onto Southbound 28 is a nightmare at rush hour. They need a traffic light at this intersection desperately. I suppose it will take a fatality or two to make it happen.
Someone mentioned the free availability of condiments inside. I refuse to go in, so i use the drive-​through and it’s like pulling teeth getting the ladies at the window to give me enough ketchup. They act like they’re paying for it.
Do they even eat french fries? Who on earth would think that two of the little packets is enough for an order of the large fries?

Double drive thru, a plus.
A good place to stop and get a bite if you are going North on Route 28.
If your are going South… beware.
This is a super busy intersection, especially during commute times.
There is no traffic light so it can be quite dangerous.

Been here many times. Unfortunately, their restaurant has always been filthy in the customer eating area (trash on tables and floor, dirty tables and chairs, overflowing garbage cans). Very disappointed. Staff are friendly, but it doesn’t make up for the lack of attention to the eating areas. Also, many seats are torn.

They keep messing up my order every time I go — 4 creamers and 1 sugar instead of 4 sugars instead of 1 creamer (yech!), the tea tasted like it was leftover from the previous day, I ordered a sausage and cheese biscuit and I got the muffin, or just today I ordered the sausage and cheese biscuit and I got the biscuit but no cheese. The coffee was good, though. So proceed with caution and check your order before you pull out. It is always very fast, though.

Love coming to this location. They are really quick at the drive thru & I’ve noticed that the only reason why there’s a wait at the dt is that some idiot is taking their time ordering or complaining. It’s your typical McDonald’s what do some people expect sometimes lol. Other than that I’ve ate in the restaurant once or twice, pretty clean & I love how they keep all the sauces out by the soda fountains so it’s unlimited.

Its typical McDonalds and near the VRE what more do you need to say.

Quick friendly service gets 5-​stars, but what is up with the American «cheese» they use? I’ve never noticed how processed it is until I started visiting this particular location.

One Word: ROACHES!!!

Seriously? Mcdonalds is barely food. 4 stars for delivering consistent unhealthy food maybe.

Stopped in here yesterday during the lunch rush. Service was quick, but burger was a little cold. The kids playground area could be cleaner but was okay. Its on a busy road so its a little hard to get in and out of at times.

Probably the most consistent in food «quality» (for as «quality» as McD’s can be) of all the McDonald’s in Manassas. I’ve been going here for years and haven’t had any qualms. No long wait times, never had run out of anything, always good McD’s standards.
Now, if they’d only bring back the 2 cheeseburger meal…

I’m surprised no one has reviewed this place yet — I thought I had seen a review for it — so here goes…
I used to eat breakfast at this Mickey D’s (or get it to go), for 3 – 4 years almost every Saturday during our crunch time period when I worked at George Mason University — Prince William Campus, back in the 1996 – 2000 time era. My boss then, being a perpetual frickin’ milkman, would get up way to early and want us to get an early start on number crunching for whatever statistical analysis we happened to be doing at the the time for whatever government research project we were working on at the time.
Huge quantities of coffee flowed forth from this McDonald’s during this time period into my veins.
I’ve had virtually every breakfast sandwich value meal combination this place served up.
It’s been years since I’ve been in here — but recently I’ve been back a couple of times for a meal.
My most recent visit was yesterday for lunch — decided to try something I’ve not had before — their #13 Value Meal — the «third pounder» Angus Bacon Cheeseburger. The burger patty is noticeable thicker than what one is used to at a McDonald’s. Served up with cheese, bacon, and thick slices of red onion and dill pickle slices.
The burger was not greasy at all. The flavor was surprisingly good for a McDonald’s burger. Fries were their normal hot, crispy self. I chose the lemonade option for my beverage.
Lots of customers at this McDonald’s regularly. It’s got a good location — it’s right off the Route 234 Bypass/​Prince William Parkway and Route 28, as well as being close to the Manassas Regional Airport. Service was good, food came up quickly.
