I had been seeking out landscaping/​hardscaping quotes from several local business on a patio walkway and help with drainage issues when I came across Premier Property Services. Their quote was very reasonable and comparable to the other services I received quotes from, but Matt also gave me ideas, laid different plans out that I could do myself or have his team do or both, and then communicated the pro’s and con’s of everything. He explained the products they used, showed me the products website with pictures of what could be done and also had a few photo albums with him on past projects. It was all a very positive first impression and meeting. Before the actual hardscaping started Matt was really good about scheduling dates and times that worked and answered my follow up questions. The day of the project his team came early and did a great job keeping me informed and getting my feedback on the patio design. While off loading some of the materials to be used for my project, our townhouses communal basketball hoop got a little bent when moving it back into place. Matt and his team offered to replace it and by Monday had installed a new one, just two days later. To me this speaks volumes about this group. There was a high level of professionalism and integrity displayed when working with them and in their actions. I and my neighbors where highly impressed with them and the outcome of the basketball hoop fix. I have a much improved back yard with beauty and function. I will use them for more projects on my current place and next. I don’t know how large the company is so the next time I call I’ll make sure to ask for Matt and his team.
