Nice furniture – was looking for solid wood, the made in USA and eco-​friendly was great. So why the mediocre review? I bought and put together the Mission console cabinet. Turns out that the cabinet has no back. I don’t mean the top shelf that has the three wooden slats – I mean the cabinet behind the doors. What cabinet doesn’t have a back?! That’s what a cabinet is. As assembled, the piece is not a cabinet; it is a set of shelves with doors in front of the lower two. I’m still trying to figure out a way to keep the dust out. The photos on the site carefully do not show this – I never would have bought it if this were shown. Shame on you, Manchester Wood. I thought I’d found a company I could trust. Instead, false advertising creeps in.
