Eh it’s ok not great. Burgers way greasy but the onion rings are good. I like the retro vibe.

Very friendly staff. Very good fresh beef. The real burger indeed. I loved eating here. I would choose this over artificial mcdonalds and burger king any day of the year. Definitely 5 stars all around.

So yummy and fast. Ingredients are made known and authentic. Not a hundred ingredient list. Had the ‘twenty eight’ burger– so delish and filling! Onion rings ok-kind of greasy and not much flavor. Also got the Kobe beef hot dog-delish! Like the environment. Comfortable, good lighting and spacious. Good for groups. Also wine and beer that five guys doesn’t have!

We had tried to go to another burger restaurant however the wait was incredibly long so we opted to give Burger Fi a try. I’d heard good things from friends about this place and we had a kiddo with us so we couldn’t lose. Ordering was similar to that of Shake Shack. We ordered two Burger Fi Cheeseburgers«green style» a single burger(for the kiddo) and a large french fry. Here’s a warning to everyone… a «large» fry is 1 lb of french fries. Three hungry folks and we couldn’t finish them. You’ve been warned :) The food was fresh and served fast and the location was bright and airy. It served it’s job as fuel before the drive in and all in all it was a great experience.

Not a fan. They allow you to customize your burger like most places and on more than one occasion they a have screwed up the order. The burgers are just ok. local places like smashburger or 5 guys which are better alternatives. The best part of the place is that they do keep the place clean, there is plenty of space so you don’t feel like you are eating on top of another family. But based on taste of food and quality of preparation.

Boy was this a great burger! We did lunch takeout on a Saturday because we had a web coupon. I was very impressed with the burger. It was moist and juicy. There was so much flavor. It was very hard to get home with such amazing aroma coming from the bag. I really loved the fries too. They smelled and tasted like they were fresh made. We are living in a golden age of the hamburger and this is a great place to experience it.

My favorite pick here is the quinoa burger. These burgers are light yet filling, tastes good too not greasy! I like their lemonade too… Looks like their malts are good too but I’m yet to try! It’s a good place to hang around with friends and family. Seating space is good for large groups too. And a decent price of the menu!

Save your money. Go to red robin if you want a chain burger. You’ll get a lot more food for less and it’s better. Hope this place goes under soon so we can get something else in that plaza.

My wife and I go here every couple of weeks when we are in Manchester. I get the double cheeseburger and she gets a single. The buns are small in relation to the meat, so you get a more«in your face» cheeseburger effect. That is a good thing. The fries are ridiculously large, so we don’t get them every time. But they are excellent. Frequently while we are there, we can hear the hand operated potato guillotine operating in the back room. It’s jarring, but it is the sound of potatoes giving up their life for your enjoyment. My wife sometimes gets a banana milkshake which is excellent with bits of real banana mixed. in. One more beef(get it? — beef). They make a big production of being ecologically aware. Big Ass fans, unbleached, recycled napkins and electric hand dryers. It’s got a hollow ring when they didn’t bother to build an air lock at the door to keep the winter air from blowing in. Oh, and how about the incandescent light bulbs run at low voltage to maximize the electricity consumption? But I don’t go there to feel good about saving the planet. I go there to eat burgers — thus 5 stars.

More of that five guys kinda stuff. Ate here once, never went back. Not because it wasn’t decent, but because it wasn’t impressive enough that I said, «WOW, THATWASGOOD, I CANTWAITTOGOBACK!» If it were on the highway to nowhere, and I was hungry, I would pull in here before pulling into a McDonalds. But that’s not a rave review.

Burger and fries were OK for fast food. Could have gone to a sit down dinner in a much more comfortable restaurant for the same price. I can’t believe they charge $ 0.50 for a very small helping of malted vinegar for French fries. I’m also very disappointed that there isn’t anyway to recycle the drink cups.

Usually pop in here on my lunch break to get in and out and grab a couple Breakfast All Day burgers. For a fast food burger type joint place this place makes some serious burgers. They are fairly cheap and the burgers are very filling. Don’t really like how they just cook every burger the same way as I personally like them medium rare

I saw this place a few months back and decided to take a plunge – what part-time carnivore doesn’t love a good burger, right? I did the build your own with the standard toppings,(lettuce, tomato, cheese, onions), fries with herb/parm topping and a banana shake. All excited, I bit into a VERY small bland-tasting burger, salt less fries and a less than thick shake. with a slab of banana at the bottom(?) Bottom line: I’m not sure if the plain-taste is the appeal here, but this was not much better than a local fast-food joint, which I don’t frequent, hence why I tried BurgerFi. For $ 15, I was expecting much more flavor. The service was outstanding! Save your money – go to BJ’s, pick up your meal and make it at home. Update:.8/10/15 Apparently, Burgerfi takes customer service and reviews seriously because Mario D. ACUTALLY contacted me about my experience and convinced me to try again. So tonight Ashli J wowed me with her patience and OUTSTANDING customer service skills, AND the kitchen blew my hair back with a perfect and very tasty order of the Breakfast all day burger, fries and strawberry lemonade. Bottom line: While pricey, Burgerfi has won my business back for that occasional hankering of burgers & fries done properly. You may go and enjoy!

I came here with a big group, which this space is definitely set-up well for. However, I was not particularly impressed with the menu or service. While our group was large, we all ordered separately at the counter, and two of the four milkshake orders were confused or just wrong. I was also expecting a larger burger menu given its name, so I was surprised at the small size. In fact, the only«creative» burgers sounded way too heavy and large, so I had to get their BurgerFi Burger, which was really basic. Fries were good, but lots of places do good fries. The shakes definitely stood out but, again, we didn’t all get what we ordered. I’d recommend mixing peanut butter and black+white. It’s a winning combination.

Since my initial review, I have to admit that I’ve grown to like BurgerFi. Prices are still higher than most burger joints, but when I’m craving a decently made burger not found at typical fast-food joints, BurgerFi has came through in the clutch. Menu has changed, meat-to-bun ratio isn’t as stingy as before, and they’re open to 10pm most nights. The«conflicted burger» has to be my go-to: an angus AND crispy quinoa patty really make this burger awesome. There’s a decent list of free toppings and you can opt for«premium» toppings that range from $ 0.50−1.50 too. Onion rings are pretty big but are overly-battered. Fries are hit-or-miss. Service has been consistently friendly and craft beer and wine are still available in addition to their famous custard shakes and malts.

Burger Fi falls into the same fast casual burger category as places like Five Guys, Shake Shack and Smashburger. It really isn’t any better than the others but it is a new local entry in the category so I thought I’d give it a try. The burgers are very much like Shake Shack in that the potato roll is the distinguishing feature of this item. Potato rolls are an excellent accessory for any burger and really make a difference in texture and overall taste. This is a very good burger but identical to Shake Shack. The only item that seems to stand out here, in my view, is the onion ring/French fry combo. The portion is gigantic. The fries are fresh cut and the onion rings are huge and extremely crispy. You only get four or five rings but they are plenty. I think this item is a winner and if you are with one other person it is certainly more than enough to share. And you’ll want to share if you can because the burgers here are not cheap. A few more dollars and you can go to a sit down spot like Plan B or Max Burger. A real plus for Burger Fi is that they offer various shakes and concretes like Shake Shack but unlike Five Guys. So they get props for that. They are definitely worth checking out but if I were blindfolded I doubt that I could tell the difference between a burger here or one at the aforementioned Shack.

I can honestly say I have grown to love Burgerfi more and more each time I go. Nice juicy burgers, thick milkshakes, freestyle coke machine, the best fries anywhere, and big thick cut onion rings! Ask about their secret menu items. Otherwise than that enjoy all the tasty goodness they have to offer… I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

This burger joint is located in the plaza as BJ’s, sorta kinda near the Buckland Hills Mall. It shares its parking lot with the wholesale club and nail salon, so there’s PLENTY of parking in front and around the establishment. H and I went in for a quick lunch on a Wednesday afternoon. It was near dead, and that worried me a bit. The place looked well kept and clean enough. The bathrooms were clean as well! The employee who rang us out was so completely kind and knowledgeable about the menu. He took the time to explain the different nuances of each item. So nice! H ordered a bacon, mushroom and onion burger(forgot its name) and was wicked impressed. He said something along the lines of, «I’ve never had a fast food burger taste as fresh and seasoned as this before.» Winning. I wasn’t that hungry, so I placed an order for 1 lb of parm/fresh herb fries– holy cow was it a lot of fries! H(~250 lb man) and I couldn’t even finish it! It’s a little pricey(for a burger, fries and a drink) since it came out to just under $ 20, but whatever. We’re not from the Manchester area, but if we’re in town, we’ll definitely come to BurgerFi again.

Came here with my boyfriend for dinner. I think the concept of this restaurant is great – burgers, ice cream, and alcohol – and fills a niche that isn’t currently being filled with casual fast food. I appreciated the branding and décor of the place. As a vegan, I read a couple reviews about how good their veggie burgers are and that it would be great for vegans. But I was sad and a little surprised to find that their veggie burgers are made with two kinds of cheese. Note that the menu doesn’t say anything about this, and that even when asking the employees, they had to look through their nutrition book to check.(They were a little strange about not letting me see the ingredients list, as if I were secretly a spy from a competitor. Please, I just have special dietary needs.) My boyfriend really enjoyed his burger, although I felt like it looked small for the price he paid. Since I couldn’t eat any of the burgers, I opted to eat the fries more as a snack. They were really bland, which was nice for me because I prefer seasoning to my own taste rather than dealing with food that’s overly salty. My boyfriend felt like they could have done slightly more as a baseline season. My issue is that 20% of the fries were the thinner cut edges of the potato and were overcooked compared to the rest of the fries. The service here was great. The guy who took our order was friendly, cracked jokes the whole time, and was very apologetic that they didn’t offer any burgers I could eat.
