I love going to Cumberland Farms for everything except this one that just recently opened a min away from my house. The employees are incredibly rude and non approachable. Today while pumping gas an employee was pumping next to me. She was so rude and mean and got into with a paying customer. I witnessed her ask a question to a customer that walked inside to purchase something and then pump gas. The woman behind that person was impatient and the employee sided with her and tried to rush that other customer. She then proceeded to talk very loudly to where everyone at the gas station could hear… She continued to argue with that customer and rush them for the other woman. After the employee finished pumping her own gas she yelled at someone else on a bike «GET OFF THE PATIO» she was not nice in any way. The person tried to hurry off the patio and she yelled again although he was already getting off. Unnecessary yelling from the employee. I never have a good experience at this location.

I grew up with Cumby’s, I generally love Cumby’s… when this new store opened up so close to home I was excited especially since they had gas… you see I’m an early commuter and other stations in town didn’t seem to consistently open on time, so knowing after years of relying on an older shop in town which didn’t have gas but kept me caffeinated in the mornings and being open during posted hours no matter what the weather I thought for sure I had my new first-​stop of the morning.
Well… yes, they are open. And yes the selection in-​store is awesome but the gas. well. seems like half the pumps are out of order (or out of gas). I can never reliably be sure I can just pull in and get out in the morning (I’m usually running late) so sad to say, it’s not my first stop and since I get gas elsewhere now I’m back to frequenting my original Cumby’s for my snacks. Perhaps this will get resolved with time, but as I’m exposed more to these new-​styled shops I’m preferring the coziness of the older styled stores where there were fewer employees and you really got to know everyone. These larger shops seem very sterile and institutional but again. if all the pumps worked and ready to fuel me up I could overlook this.

This is a brandy new Cumberland Farms, just opened up in ManchVegas. It’s your standard fare CF, clean, bright, big and easily navigated. Clean restrooms, competitive gas prices and lots of choices for road food await.
I’m a huge CF fan. You can’t beat ‘em.
