Went Saturday morning ordered bagel
With cream cheese not toasted and a diet come. Got order then sat down, took bite but no cream cheese. Opened it up and half of bagel had no cream cheese. Took it back to counter and was told that was normal and I could buy more cream cheese to cover entire bagel. Left it on counter and left. No wonder they are closing stores. Staff did not care and product was, excuse the pin, cheesy, just not in the good way!!!

I usually don’t review chain places but I LOVE this Dunkin Donuts. At most other DDs I get very lackluster attitudes and often incorrect orders.
Here, they are just the nicest, friendliest staff, and I am by no means a regular. They’ve never served an incorrect order here either. So happy I live right down the street from an exceptional Dunkin Donuts
