Dunkin Donuts is ok. The prices are not to bad. It depends on what you are getting. But, the service is really nice and friendly.

I love this location. I honestly don’t know why it only has 2 stars! The inside space is a good size(a few tables) and very clean. There’s a drive-through and … A GAZEBO! The gazebo is my favorite thing about coming here.(It’s really relaxing to sit with a coffee before walking back home.)New tables were just added to it, so it looks even better than in the past. This Dunkin’ defiantly deserves more stars than it’s received!

I had to use this location because the street was being paved at the location I go to every morning. I am very annoyed at this moment. My coffee is made perfectly. I rarely eat donuts, but was needing something in my stomach today, so, I asked for the 25ASSORTED munchkins. I got to work and opened the box, and there was powdered sugar and glazed. That’s it. Not one chocolate or anything else for that matter. I called the store and spoke to Courtney, who incidentally took my order at the drive thru. I told her what my problem was and she said, «oh, well, if we don’t have any chocolate, that’s what they give you. We were busy today.»(Might I just ADD that this was 9:30AM, NOT the middle of the day.) I responded to her that it might have been nice of them to SHARE this information with me, because I might have chosen something else. Something so small, but it is pissing me off so much. It is your JOB, DOIT.

Franchise owner at this location delivered bfast to the nurses at the birthing center for me at 6:30am on a Saturday. She personally delivered it, they were thrilled, as was I! Thank you! Will be keeping my business here when I’m in town :)

Unlike other dunkin donuts, this one wasn’t rude when I asked for the spicy smoked sausage sandwich with the bagel on the side.(So just the egg, sausage, and cheese on the little paper tray they bake it in, then the accompanying bagel in a separate bag.) they even offered a cup of cream cheese for the bagel! I ordered inside the store for this. However, their drive thru is weird. It’s oriented oddly and when the speaker stopped working one day, they had an employee outside sitting in a chair to take orders. When cars were just driving by her, she chased the cars down and pounded(yes, pounded) on the windows or trunk. Also, about half the time they don’t ring up the senior discount, for the folks over 60, and even though they repeat your order back to you correctly, they often forget(or neglect) to put the appropriate syrup into a flavored coffee.

The service at this Dunkin Donuts is better than most, but the coffee is just as bad. Last week my coffee tasted like water with a little milk. This location is also hit or miss with bagels. Sometimes they are good and sometimes they are really bad. Since we have Bagel Fridays at work, I purchase them at the same time and same date, so they really are just randomly good or bad.

Thats right you aren’t seeing things, I am giving a Dunkin Donuts a 1 star review. Me, the Dunkin Donuts lover is actually giving one of their locations only 1 star. Why am I giving it only 1, well because I can’t give it zero haha. I very often have rehearsals for some of the community theater shows I do at the corner of Center and Main, only a couple of blocks from here. However I always approach it from the other way, so after 5 years of doing rehearsals by here I finally noticed this location. I was so excited when I saw it because I knew during a break I could even run down there quickly and grab a cup of coffee. My first clue of staying away should have been when I pulled up and realized that the place was still decorated for Christmas. I know different people have rules on how long its ok to leave the lights up for, but I don’t think over a month is cool with anyone. I then walked in and because I was in such a rush I ordered a bagel. I try to avoid them at DD at all costs because I know their bagels suck. The only way I can tolerate them is by having them burnt to a crisp when toasting. This to me makes them half way edible. Well I told her I wanted it burnt, and I explicitly said I want it black and smoking. For some reason instead of putting it in the toaster she put it in the oven that they make the flat breads in(which dries them out). Then she took it out, and asked if it was toasted enough. It wasn’t even slightly golden brown. I repeated back to her that I wanted it burnt to a crisp, and then 30 seconds later she asked me again. What part of black and smoking did she not understand? Now I know it might be weird but when I order my iced coffee I ask for no ice. Now although that sounds strange it really isnt. They keep it cold they just add ice to it. So basically when you order iced coffee its their coffee, cold, and slowly being watered down. Since its already cold and I hate watered down coffee I ask for no ice. This moron put the hot coffee into a cold cup. Seriously??? I have ordered this at 20 different DD locations and NEVER had that before. What is wrong with this place?
