Not one, but two employees were very insulting the one and only time I’ve been to this place. We spent $ 300 and the minimum wage teens acted like they were proprietors of some exclusive club. Sorry guys, just because the first size on your stuff is «EU» doesn“t make you more than a glorified euro-​Target. Cool down the attitude on the people spending your weeks’ paycheck.

I loooove H&M.
I really miss this store. I used to work there. Great sales, great prices, and sweet accessories. However, you have to wash the clothing like the tags say otherwise they won’t hold up. The quality is a little bit better than Forever 21, but if you really want your H&M hauls to last, wash anything with rayon in it by hand, lay sweaters flat to dry, and use a lingerie bag for your undies.
