Their food is great, and the people who work there are awesome! Service is wonderful and you get your food quickly. Most people take out but we usually eat in. There’s usually lots of room so we’ve even had short dinner meetings for clubs, etc. there and they never hurry us out. They have two TV’s going for you to watch. But the real reason I decided to submit a review is the STEAKTIPS. I have never had the steak tips when they were not pure melt-in-your-mouth tender. I can’t even say that about most steakhouses. I can’t say enough good things about Hot Stone!

Consistently good pizza and subs. The potato skins and jalapeño poppers(filled with cheese not sour cream) are delicious! Fast takeout each time.

Great pizza and I recommend the fish and chips too. If you like New York style pies, this is the place. I’m pretty picky about my fish and chips but they are really good. If you love Cremeland’s fish and chips and don’t feel like driving, order from Hot Stone’s(they deliver)!

Mine wasn’t badly cooked, or a bad experience. Tho the woman at the counter wasn’t the most pleasant. I ordered a mushroom pizza, it was just not good. I ended up eating only the crust and threw the rest away.

We were driving back home from Mt. Washington, and we saw this place, decided to stop. The buffalo chicken pizza wasn’t the best, but the rest of the food was pretty good that we got. I really liked how clean it was inside, that is always nice and reassuring from a restaurant. If I lived in the area, considering how inexpensive the food is, I think I’d come here often.

My wife and I have tried many items on their menu. Every time the food is great and consistent. We have never dined in, always ordered out. The delivery drivers are always friendly.

As much as I would love to critique other people’s experience(especially the ‘red sox fan’ that was irritated by the loud game), this is for a review of the restraunt overall. My first experience with hot stone was when there was a stranded motorist outside of their restraunt that I pulled over to help. In no time staff was outside helping. I decided to order a greek salad and my son got pizza, which I also tried. Both were DELICIOUS! A few weeks later I ordered a cold sub, and my son again got pizza. Again, they were fantastic as well as the sweet woman with the accent at the counter. Tonight I ordered a steak and cheese, and pizza for my son. I don’t know why people dont understand tvs on opposite walls with the same channels. I thought it was kind of obvious. With the way the booths are set u in their immacuate dining room it allows patrons to watch the same show without their fellow diners breaking their necks. This isn’t ONLY a bang for your buck, it is delicious even if it were over priced it would be worth it! The only negative thing I have to say is that I can never remember the name of the place, which is why I always pick up or dine in… thats not their fault though! lol

I have to agree with Barb W. Other than the sometimes service-impaired teenage girls who run the registers, this place is great. High-quality toppings, lots of unique specialty pizzas, great crust. It’s not really a dine-in place, but they do have two nice, small HDTVs usually with Sox, Bruins, or Celts on. They also have hot and cold subs, salads, and other typical pizza place extras. I haven’t tried these so can’t weigh in there. Overall, it’s excellent, high-quality pizza for reasonable prices with both your regular favorites and some unique options if you want to try something new.

Wow, these people are picky and mean. I order Hot Stone for our office frequently and we LOVE their service and their pizza. Our favorites are Steak Bomb and Chicken, Brocolli, Alfredo — yummm. They are consistent and their pizza is very good. Salads are fresh as well.

I tried Hot Stone for the first time around July of last year. We ordered delivery and they forgot an item, which they replaced, but by then everyone else had eaten and I was still waiting for my food. So, I decided to wait a while before I tried again. I decided to try a dine-in experience last Friday afternoon for lunch. I arrived around 1:30pm to an empty dining room. There were 3 – 4 guys in the kitchen, but no one greeted me or acknowledged my existence. They have a nice dining room with cute squiggle-back wooden chairs, booths, and nice wooden tables all with a dark stain. I was a bit confused by the two televisions mounted on either side of the room, both loudly playing the Red Sox game with no one there to watch it? The sports-bar feel is not what I was looking for in a restaurant. It also did not match well with the décor or the menu. It just clashed completely and was a wee bit annoying since the room is not really large enough to warrant two very loud tv’s.(Yes, I love the Red Sox & I do watch baseball!) There is also confusion for the diner because they have tables and menus set on them, but you do have to go up to the counter to order, yet there is nothing that tells you that’s what is expected. I wasn’t in the mood for a pizza and it was too hot for a pasta dish. So, I went with my stand-by of a club sandwich. I decided on the grilled chicken club and fries. They offered a choice of white, wheat, or rye bread.(I went with wheat). There is no fountain, so it’s bottled drinks for everyone. I grabbed a Dr Pepper from the cooler next to the counter. They have a wide selection, so that’s not a problem. I’m sure it cuts down on their prep work and costs. The meal took about 8 minutes to come out and it looked pretty good. A pickle spear was included in the basket. The fries were battered which was a surprise, but said frozen to me :(I have never seen any place that battered their fresh french fries. The chicken club was well constructed and the chicken had been pounded out to sit better on the sandwich. This was an appreciated touch! The only thing was that there was a weird sauce of some kind in addition to the standard mayo on the chicken. I should have asked what was up with that… Overall, I enjoyed my meal. A mom and her infant came in for take-out while I was eating and a teen couple got a couple of cold subs and dined in with me. The staff was not very customer-oriented and ignored you unless you came right up and demanded attention. I like that in some places, but it really gave the vibe that I was intruding in this instance. I was not sure why… Then I thought that I must have been delaying their lunch break, because they came out after the teens were served and sat at the far end eating and watching the game on the tv. I’m not sure if I will come back for a dine-in, but their food is pretty good regardless. I think I’ll stick with delivery from here on. ** A plus is that they offer free Wi-Fi which I took advantage of while I was waiting for my food. ** A minus was that the ladies’ room smelled very strongly of mildew, although I could not find a source. I think it may been in their fan/ductwork. It was quite overwhelming. If I had gone in there prior to ordering I would have walked out. :(

Very bland pizza. With Alley Cat and Joe Kelley’s a few blocks into downtown Manchester, as well at Bertucci’s a few miles down the road at the mall, I really can’t imagine choosing this pizza. I was hopeful, as I always am, when a new pizza place opens… I guess this pizza would be good if you were throwing a kid’s birthday party in your basement and didn’t really care about the taste of it.

I’ve been driving along the northern stretch of I-293 for the past few weeks and a new pizza place which opened along Eddy Road, just south of Exit 6 has caught my eye from I-293. Hot Stone Pizzeria opened on January 5th. The place is brand new with table and booth seating for up to about 40 people and small flatscreen TVs at either end of the dining area. It’s order at the counter with overhead menu board and an open kitchen, which is kind of crowded for the high amount of staff(8 people) back there. I finally made a stop at the new Hot Stone Pizzeria on a fairly busy Saturday evening, most people waiting to get their food to go or calling in for delivery. The menu offers standard pizza, specialty pizza, appetizers, salads, sandwiches, burgers, clubs, subs, seafood dinners, Italian dinners, Greek food, Chicken entrees, Coke cooler beverages, and chips. See the menu and prices at I got a small 12″ Sausage Pizza($ 7.99) and a Homemade Lasagna Dinner($ 8.99) to go and the food took about 25 minutes to be ready. The pizza was actually pretty good, a thicker doughy crust with ground wheat flour on the bottom, tasty sauce, lots of cheese and spicy sausage, a nice change from the typical Greek style pizzas I’ve been eating lately. The Lasagna was baked in a rectangle foil container, a good sized portion with layers of very firm noodles, cheeses, ground meats, and lots of sweet tomato sauce and melted cheese. This dinner came with a decent side salad with dressing and a piece of buttered garlic bread and also a roll and butter too??? Like I said, the place was fairly busy probably due to the newness and folks are just trying it out including me. The food I ordered was tasty and priced right for what I got.
