I purchased a treadmill and their delivery service is completely a waste of your time. I waited four days for them to call me when they are suppose to reach out within 48 hours. At that point we set an appointment but they wanted to give me a 5 hour window of time. Oh and guess what then they called last minute to say they wouldn’t make it. Seriously this is how you do business? i will never purchase from them again

I don’t know what these people are talking about when they say that the employees are not attentive and socialize with each other instead of helping customers I find that completely false. I have had nothing but good experiences from this store they have great employees especially in the shoe department with Matt I believe his name is he helped me pick exactly what I needed. I would recommend anyone to go to this store!

When I arrived I immediately asked for someone to help me and my two grandkids. A few minutes later, Corner came over and sold us two pair of sneakers, soccer pads and soccer socks. He really tried to do his best for us.

Employees at store # 163 seemed to busy talking to each other rather than trying to assist the patrons. I will take my business elsewhere next time!
