The prices are ROCKETHIGH!!! …Nevertheless, if you want a great coffee experience and you have the sufficient money to buy«luxury coffee»… I STRONGLYSUGGEST Starbucks. This is one of the best Starbucks in the area if ur looking to sit down and spend some time with friends… Spacious seating inside and out… The patio is our favorite summer hangout. With the sun in ur face, wind in ur hair… sipping on a cold coffee… how can u not love that. The baristas here are really nice… They make a perfect drink every time. And I just love their bakery… La Boulange I think I have to find a job just to pay for my Starbucks expense. What I’m most upset about is the new loyalty program… It’s a money«milky policy» … Now you basically have to spend $ 62.5 to earn a free drink… that’s just ridiculous.

This Starbucks is a hangout place, with friends or just me and my husband sometimes. The staff makes perfect drink every time. And this place is always crowded. Has good number of seats, good to sit and sip on really cold lazy days… The only thing missing at this joint is there is no drive thru.

This Starbucks location would have gotten 4 stars — it was clean, spacious, and had plenty of seating available — BUT the parking is horrible. The lot is small and crowded AND if you go during lunch time(it is attached to a Boston Market) — you will have better luck parking in the huge lot behind this location. All that aside my drink was made correctly by a very pleasant barista. The store itself is also on the larger side which removes some of that cozy«coffeehouse feel» that I have come to enjoy from some of the smaller locations. Being in higher traffic location, however, this totally makes sense.

This is the best Starbucks in Manchester, of the three locations. The staff are friendly and fast. Yes the parking lot is awful. But that isn’t Starbucks’s fault. It’s 1000x easier if you park 50 feet away in front of the main set of shops.

The parking lot is a joke as well as the staff. I haven’t ever seen a more miserable bunch. Don’t know what’s in the water over there but I’d rather drive the extra five minutes to another Starbucks where the staff is friendly and I don’t feel like I’m a burden to their establishment.

Im writing this 5 star review to explain my experience at starbucks. First is the place is always clean so the staff does care. Second everyone inside the place is very thoughtful, always smiling, happy, friendly. Starbucks definetly is a family environment. Ive never had an issue there and I go every morning and sometimes in the evening. The coffee speaks for itself, creates good memories that always makes me come back for more. Im very comfortable at starbucks, best coffee place.

I gave 2 starts because when I walked in the first thing I noticed was how dirty the main front area was. Everything else was fine. The temperature was good. Nice place to study. They don’t have«sweet bread» though My fav!!! She actually didn’t know what a sweet bread was.

I don’t order anything difficult like some people do. My question is, how do you screw up a simple drink that is a standard recipe? I will tell you how, come to this location.

Here is my concern. The staff was fine, the order was correct, the drinks were fine. But then we went to use the bathrooms. They looked like a bomb had hit. In the men’s room — urine everywhere. No toilet paper or towels. After washing hands I used the dryer but then I had to touch the door knob — it looked filthy. The wife reported just as bad in the ladies room. So although the front of house was fine, the bathrooms were gross.

Went here on a Tuesday at 2pm and there was a considerable line. So I decided to time it and see how quickly they could get through it. Turns out, not quick. It took 22 minutes before I got to give my order and 4 minutes later I had my coffee in hand. 26 minutes! I can’t imagine how bad it is during the weekend. They had 3 people on. One running, making the drinks. One taking orders and instead of helping to make drinks, she just waited between orders so there was space to put the next cup down for the person making drinks. The third was a bump on a log. They were wiping counters, sweeping, talking to the person taking orders, etc. Understaffed is bad enough, poor staff compounds the issue. Stay FARFAR away from this place

It seems like once you get on their bad list, your there forever! I came in and told the cashier I wanted to reload $ 5 on my card and it took her a minute to understand. Then when I gave her my twenty, she didn’t give me my change so she had to call her supervisor. I told them to take the people in line because I had time to waste. After I walked away, the supervisor had came in and yelled at us to get back to the register extremely rudely. I went again a few days later and the cashier remembered me. I guess she didn’t like that she messed up so she made my no foam peppermint hot chocolate into a peppermint cappuccino-.-. All the foam in the world! Pleasant valley Starbucks

Newly renovated and clean. The baristas were friendly even when confronted a rather grumpy and intolerant customer while I was there. The location of this store is not ideal and I don’t know how they survive a morning rush. The in and out of the parking lot is a maze. It is however, very close to the entrance I-84, which is a plus.

It was Christmas Day and I had called to find out when the store closed, they said 2pm. I rushed over from my sisters house where I was visiting from Portland OR and arrived at the Starbucks drive-thru @ 1:52pm. There was one car in front of me placing there order, when it was my turn to order the cashier told me they had already closed down the registers and couldn’t take anymore orders and the store still had 6min until closing. I said okay I will go inside the store because I know your doors are not locked yet as it’s 6min to 2pm. The employee said no we are closed now. I said how can you be closed when it’s not even 2pm while there are customers in the store and behind me in line as we all arrived there before 2pm. He said he was going to tell them they can’t put their orders in either. Is this really a Starbucks?! What happened to CUSTOMERSERVICE! If you didn’t want to work on Xmas then don’t as you’re a clock watcher. When I was younger I had worked at a number of F&B chains and if the customer arrives Before the time we close they are served and that has always applied to this day but Not at this Starbucks.

Decent lattes, decent service. I come here quite often to chill, sit back and enjoy a drink. Its one of the bigger Starbucks in the area so there is more seating and they have patio seating outside which is nice. Im not too fond of the temperature levels inside where it is always cold and AC is blowing in the middle of winter directly on you in a chair. Someone told me they purposely do this to move customers so they dont stay too long. Just went a couple of months ago and found all the prices on drinks went up… like it wasnt already expensive enough Starbucks! Well the good part is Ive made a few coffee friends over the years sitting in Starbucks if you can believe that in CT where it seems so hard to make friends.

I do not like this Starbucks location. I can overlook the lack of a drive through. However, I find the friendliness of the staff to be inconsistent at best. Worse, they are SOSLOW!!! I try to avoid this location and go to the other one in Manchester(which is my favorite of all time). Are they jealous of how good the other Manchester location is? Me thinks so.

Not bad. Parking sucks in the vain of Queen St. in Southington, but it was clean, my drink was well made, and the employees seemed to be on the ball and speedy.

While staying next door at the Hampton Inn for a friend’s wedding, my sixth sense for sniffing out Starbucks lead me here. Very large, friendly baristas, and non-NYC prices. I love my genuine excitement to pay $ 4.20 for a Venti Iced Chai as opposed to $ 4.74. If I allotted myself three Venti Chais a week, I could save myself $ 84.24 a year with those prices! That’s it. I’m moving to Manchester. P. S.: I love how this Starbucks is in the same building as a Boston Market. As someone who grew up in Western CT, I’ve always thought those Eastern CT people were a little… well…“off”. *ahem*

I have gone in to this location a number of times recently and the people in here are always very friendly. About a month ago I noticed a new drink on the menu so I inquired as to whether or not the syrup used in it was kosher. The guy behind the counter went searching all over the products used for the hechsher however he couldn’t find one on the chocolate syrup. I told him it probably wasn’t and went looking for what else I wanted to try. The employee then very candidly said«I get off work in 5 minutes and don’t feel like helping other people let me go in the back and check the outer box it came in.» I didn’t think he was actually going to find it, but it was amusing and I wasn’t in a rush so I didn’t mind. I don’t think there has ever been a time I went in there and had a bad experience.
