The food here is unbelievably awesome! We’ve eaten here 4 times and always ordered something different. And every time, the food was amazingly delicious. We’ll definitely come back again and again. The staff is always friendly too, which is another plus! Thank you, Bridge Café!

Bridge café is quickly becoming an institution in Downtown Manchester. Great lunches, creative menu of soups, salads, and sandwiches. The best smoothies in town as well as great coffee. Free wifi, and the best place to people watch in the city. The owner Dave is great to chat with and throw good natured jabs back and forth. The chalkboard menu is the size of a movie theater screen, and fresh, creative weekly specials on the board, make for a fun & challenging visual experience. Best place to go in Manchester for food, drinks, fun and business. The one and only drawback is my sandwich creation has yet to make the board, but my persistence will prevail. Keep checking Unilocalers, and don’t miss the Bridge experience.

I really love this place. The food is always fresh and the staff is super friendly. There are a lot of options for coffee, teas and smoothies. I used to work in the next building and only came in less than 10 times and they’d remember me. I’d order my lunch ahead and then walk over and get it and they would often see me enter and get it for me. The panini are great and are a good portion size as you also get a side like pasta salad, potato salad, fruit or chips. I’ve tried the Bella Rose(Prosciutto, tomato, fresh mozzarella, pesto, balsamic mayo, served on focaccia), the Bridge(Grilled chicken, fresh mozzarella, pesto, balsamic reduction, served on focaccia) and the Medusa(Crispy eggplant, spicy feta, avocado, lettuce, tomato, black olives.) I liked the Bella Rose and The Bridge. The Medusa was not as good as I thought it’d be. Though the ingredients are all things I like, maybe I just don’t enjoy them all together. I also really like their soup. The chicken and rice was my favorite. GF, warm and filling. I am a sucker for a nice, hearty soup. Comfort food is the best, especially when you’re stressed at work. The smoothies are very filling. Sometimes I would get one for lunch or a mid-afternoon snack and be fine for the rest of my shift. They also have boosters so they could be energizing. Fresh fruit is a great way to get vitamins during the day! Overall, I feel like there are a lot of healthy options but yet very filling and satisfying and definitely homemade and fresh. Very reasonable prices considering portion size and quality. The only downside is that they close at 5pm. Now that I don’t work nearby it’s hard for me to get there during the day. I get that their food is mostly breakfast and lunch style but I personally wouldn’t mind grabbing a panini or soup to go for dinner. I remember years ago they used to be open for open mic nights. I guess they make plenty of money that they don’t see a need to be open at night any longer. Good for them!

Whenever I’m in Manchester for business I always try and swing by this café with my friends. The food and service is excellent, I love their panini most of all(I have tried the bridge, the cilantro lime and the Wellington. I liked all of them except the Wellington which was little sweet for me.) and if your not a huge potato salad or chips eater like myself you can request a decent sized cup of soup as a side for an extra 1.00! Clam chowder all the way! Their drinks also get great reviews from my fiends, since I’m here around October I always forego caffeine and get a hot apple cider to warm myself up. I’ve also tasted my friend’s funky monkey drink and I was surprised I liked it so much when I hate the taste of coffee. The service is efficient albeit a little hectic but the chaos is because they are juggling so many orders so I don’t blame them one bit!

Have never had a less then an amazing sandwich. And I love the green monster smoothies.(Although the taste and consistency chances with each person that makes it) my work prob orders from here once a day. Definitely worth the wait !

Great food, consistent service. Although I wouldn’t exactly say service with a smile. In fact I don’t think I’ve seen any employee smile any time I’ve been in there. I know the food service industry sucks, and that they get busy… but maybe fake it just a little?

My wife and I are fans of small sandwich places and delis, this place is definitely one of the best we’ve had. We tried the chipotle turkey and the roast beef sandwiches with the potato salad and pasta on the side… wow! Delicious. Definitely coming back to this place next time we are in NH.

Their Titanic Salad doesn’t use Iceberg lettuce. This is a problem. That said… Great food, great portions. I’m not a chain person and this place appeared to be independently owned and operated so it seemed perfect for lunch. I’m glad I came… greeted by the friendliest people you could hope to order food from, prepared fresh and quickly. If I’m back in town again I’ll DEFINITELY be back!

Egg whites, home fries, wheat toast(home made — excellent!) were all great. The grease taste on the bacon(which I s/n be eating anyway) was kind of gross to me, but I don’t usually eat things that greasy so maybe that’s why. Didn’t try the coffee & the smoothie selection looks really awesome! Friendly service & extremely prompt delivery of food to table. Update: changed from 4 to 2. There are plenty of bugs near the windows. It appears deep cleaning is not performed regularly.

My company has food brought in from this place all the time and its been pretty good so I thought I would check out their breakfast/lunch spot on Elm street. Solid lunch spot with a lot of great options, including smoothies with add-ins. Draws quite the lunch crowd so you might want to call ahead so your order is ready when you get there. Would love to give them 5 stars, but trying to find a parking spot nearby, during lunchtime, is a complete nightmare! ugh.

Smoothies are often the buzzword when people talk about The Bridge Café, but it needs to be said that they’re offering a lot more then what’s found inside a blender. Food– Excellent variety of standard America breakfast/lunch classics. Good quality ingredients. Price– A little bit more expensive then what you would expect to pay for other cheap breakfast joints but you get what you pay for. Atmosphere– This is The Bridge’s down point. They own two sides of a first floor building that was clearly originally designed to be office space. You have to order in one room, walk back out in the hall and enter a large dining area where they bring the food. Kinda weird if your a first-timer but it does have the advantage of getting away from the busy counter staff. Overall– Bridge is where you go for a good quality breakfast/lunch with healthy options. Go with friends, drink a smoothie, all is right with the world.

This Café saved our day today! Not often in Manchester, knowing nothing of the restaurant scene we walked into this honest café and were pleasantly surprised! We love our breakfast choices and this place is well setup. I had the burrito and she had the veggie omelette. Both were generous and honest. Good food and good prices!

Pretty long lines but the turnaround is pretty fast! There are not always the friendliest service but he food is very good and the prices are reasonable. I like going here and have been many times for coffee, panini, salad and smoothies. Great local feel and effect for class breaks!

How was I not aware of this place?! I was Unilocaling for smoothie places and luckily this place showed up in my search. I was pleasantly surprised when I made my way there and found so many options that I almost went against my original intention for a smoothie. The smoothie(the green monster) was excellent, well priced, all natural and huge! I also got one of their homemade trail mix granola bars — it was so good! I would lov to return and try one of their paninis or baked goods because everything sounded and looked great. Staff was also very pleasant. I wish this place was located across from my work… in Portland, ME…

All is never perfect in our world. But — it is close to it when you want to have lunch delivered while busy working at your desk.(read note below) The food includes contemporary options, which includes a breakfast menu available all day. Love having an omelet for lunch. Especially a good one! NOTE: Problem — Your total due will include a $ 1 delivery fee which is not posted anywhere on their website. Not a lot of money, but a bit shady when it’s added to your card and you are not aware of it. Makes me wonder what else they’re hiding.
