Had a good meal tonight at Bistro Byronz. We started with the blue cheese chips, and abita chili. Then I got the turkey burger with sweet potato frites. The sweet potato fries were great. My wife got the chicken avocado BLT. She really liked hers as well. An overall good meal.

So good at lunch that I dragged my husband back for dinner! Great atmosphere and phenomenal service from waitstaff and management. The steak frites salad was fantastic as was the redfish with creole shrimp. Definitely check it out!

Only positive things to say. I had the Sardou burger minus the bread with sweet potato fries. Burger was cooked as ordered and delicious. The kids loved their French onion soups. My other half had a ribeye or some sort of steak. Cooked as he requested. The carrot soufflé delicious, but could be a dessert.

Tuna wasabi salad is fantastic. Also, the blue cheese chips. Highly recommended. Been here several times. Service always very good. Never packed. Easy to park. My friend had the grilled trout which was very good, but not excellent(I had a taste).

First time here and I gotta say Im glad I stopped in. Casual laid back atmosphere, full bar and good food. My wife and I came for lunch and the service was quick and friendly. The food was great and the selection was vast. Definitely will have to return and try another great meal. Highly recommended!

The Blue Cheese Chips appetizer is excellent. Has excellent flavor and enough for 2 to share. My burger was good and my dining partner enjoyed her turkey burger. On our last visit the hostess was not friendly. Other than that, the servers and staff have always been pleasant. We will definitely be back.

We went in January to celebrate my husbands birthday with our grown kids and there spouses. We were seated pretty quickly. The service was very attentive. We ate a variety of things and we not disappointed at all. For our main entrée I had a redfish almondine and it was delicious. One of my kids had a trout dish that they loved. For dessert we had a king cake bread pudding that was amazing. Chef kyle came out and checked on us himself. It was a fantastic experience all around. We will definitely be back.

Love this place. Been coming for years. Owner, Rob, is always welcoming and knows many of his guest. Chef is creative and often features seasonal menu options with local fresh foods. Blue cheese chips are fantastic crowd pleasers and have great add ons. The latest app, pot roast egg rolls, are delicious, crispy, filled with their awesome pot roast and is drizzled with their Asian sauce. Been coming here for years and still a huge fan!

Cute Mandeville restaurant that has a old New Orleans vibe to it. Great date night spot. Sit inside or on the outdoor patio. My favorite menu item was the French onion soup. A little pricey but not too bad.

I think this place is a bit overpriced with mediocre food. They need to add some vegan options.

Have eaten at this restaurant several times — good atmosphere, great staff, great food, smooth service. Definitely one of my family’s go to restaurants on the north shore.

Drove across the bridge from Metairie and discovered this place. Well worth the drive from there. Had an outstanding piece of rainbow trout with buttered crab on top, with asparagus and a potato cake. As a true southern man who has had rainbow trout come across his plate more times than can be counted, this ranks up in the top 3 best ever dishes. Take the time to drive up from NO for this wonderful place.

This place is the best! It’s in an amazing location and the food is great. Tuesday’s are fantastic with their Martini Tuesday’s with $ 3 martinis. Their pot roast is good, their salads are divine, and their cheese chips are so good! They have the best owners and wait staff. The only downfall is that their place is a little small. They should buy the closed down juice bar next door to expand their location so they can have a bigger bar area. Anyway, the food is good and it’s one of my favorite restaurants in Mandeville.

Finally got to dine at Byronz tonight. It had the feel of a upscale European café, which is what they were after, which was cool. Service was great. Adam, I guess was the manager, was very hands on and checked on us through out our dinner. The meal was great, but was rich and heavy, so expect to bring home leftovers. For those with kids: there is a kids menu, and kids eat free on Mondays!

My family’s favorite restaurant for food and drink. Food is fabulous and all are original creations. .from their very popular homemade potato chips to ever changing seafood offerings to their famous Creole pot roast. Service is professional and attentive… bar staff make great drinks and price is Mandeville«market». Always take my out of town guest and hard core NOLA friends there… Love it! Perry T

Bistro Byronz is my restaurant of choice in Mandeville. Food, service, and all around vibe are excellent. The menu is diverse and includes salads, sandwiches, burgers, entrees and specialty items. Appetizing descriptions of each item appeal to all, which makes ordering easy for the picky eaters as well as the truly adventurous! Every time I eat here, someone orders the Bleu Cheese Chips. The Turkey Gruyère Burger is also a huge hit! My personal favorite is the Macaroni and Cheese with Bleu Cheese. I am on a quest to bring back the 4 Cheese Mac & Cheese Bake Special made with the white cheeses. It’s so good I’ve actually tried to duplicate it in my own kitchen. Portion sizes are huge. I can never finish my meal and usually take home at least half of my order. Service is great here! The staff always treats me like a rock star, ok, well, maybe not a rock star, but definitely like a valued customer. Outstanding service is one of the things that keeps me coming back!

Located in the Chenier development, Bistro Byronz is an upscale, yet casual restaurant. I had tried Byronz when they first opened and it was just OK. I decided to give them another try and was pleasantly surprised. We started with a couple off appetizers from their summer menu. Tomato Bruschette and Scallops with a jalapeño hollandaise. The tomato bruschette came with four pieces topped with cheese, herbs and a load of tomatoes. I am not a huge tomato fan, but the ingredients were fresh and of high quality. The three scallops were perfectly cooked and topped by a very tasty hollandaise. The scallops came with some mixed greens with vinaigrette. The vinaigrette was very good. For entrees we ordered sandwiches and split them. The Bistro Bomber was toast beef with horseradish and caramelized onions. It came on 7 grain bread and a side of cole slaw. The sandwich was juicy and very flavorful. We also tried the Blackened Blue sandwich. It consisted of two fillet tails with blue cheese. This sandwich was also very good, plus it can be cooked to order. Service was just OK. After we were seated there was a long delay in being greeted by our server. He was acceptable, but not great. The hostess, however, was very friendly and attentive. With two glasses of wine, a beer, our meals and two kids meals, the bill was $ 100 with tip and tax. Considering the quality of the ingredients, I felt that was fair. If you’re in the area and want an more upscale, yet casual meal, Bistro Byronz is that place.
