Wait times in the drive-through are obnoxious, and the line for the drive-through is in a heavily trafficked area.

This place needs to get their mobile order and attitudes in order! I mobile ordered a drink, but the app was acting up so I couldn’t order my drink and my sister’s drink at the same time.
I went to the cashier and told her that I was there to pick up a Flat White for Mallory and that my sister needed to order a drink (Pumpkin Spice Latte).
I heard them yell about three times «Is Mallory even here yet? why are we making this now?» and I said ‘Um hi– I am right here’
When my drinks were called — they gave me two Flat whites…
They were busy, but I’ve seen busy Starbucks before without all these issues and attitudes.

Great service and consistently good sandwiches, pastries, and drinks. They warm their chocolate croissants (a nice touch). Hip, industrial modern indoor atmosphere. Comfortable, covered outdoor seating under with occasional breezes and view of Hwy 190 traffic. Baristas busy but attentive. Free samples of featured drip roasts upon request.

Due to a missed connection, I ended up on the Northshore needing to drive back but wanting a pick-me-up before driving the Causeway again.
I braved the Starbuck’s drive-thru not wanting to get out of my car, and while I can see two more cars in the line would’ve created a cluster-f in the parking lot, it was ok today.
The staff was very pleasant and handed off my bagel, toasted without needing to ask, and my small iced mocha. Starbuck’s is working with their own cream cheese brand which is okay and the packet is large enough for two slices of bagel.
If I was in a rush, I’d check the drive-thru line but probably hit up this Starbuck’s again.

Numerous milk containers sitting out. I asked the barristas to put them in the cooler. Dirty toddler seats. Outdoor seating area filthy, inside floor dirty at noon

I have the same review for this Starbucks as I did for the other one. I would add that this location always has stale pastries.
I only get espresso based drinks, lattes or cappuccinos. The two Starbucks in Mandeville are constantly making really bitter espresso. Usually in the mornings. Sometimes it tastes fine like it always has but not always. When it does taste normal it is usually later in the day. I think it may depend on who is working.

This location has great service and is rather spacious. The only negative is the drive thru. It backs up traffic in and out of Highway 190, and it can make difficult to park in the lot. Other than that, it is a great storefront and has all your Starbucks’ favorites.

I had a terrible experience here. The place was disgustingly dirty with trash all over the place. The coffee was terrible (and I personally love Starbucks coffee) — I don’t know if it was old, burnt, or both… but it was bad. The employees were disruptive, loudly carrying on while I was trying to sit there and enjoy my drink (I eventually gave up and left). I was tempted to rate them a «1» but they got 2 stars because I love Starbucks and couldn’t bear to give them a 1, and to be fair, the service was at least friendly (loud and obnoxious, but friendly).
