I can’t believe I’m taking the time to even write this but I just left because my wife found a huge hair inside the cheese on her nachos… The lady at the window was great but the so called manager came to give me my refund. Seemed like he didn’t know the POS system and needed help. He refunded me my money, handed it directly to me and didn’t say a single word. He turned around and walked away. No greeting, no I’m sorry, nothing. I sat there in awe. They girl said I’m sorry And brought me some kind of coupons for free tacos I seriously doubt I’ll use, at least at this location. Hilarious joke of a manager.

If there was a zero I would give that to this place. Walked and stood inside for over 5 minutes and still no one came out to say anything to me. I finally got a look from a employee and I asked her are you open inside and she said yes and continued to work the drive through window. I saw her again and asked are you sure open, she looked at me and said yes we are just short handed. I still waited to see if they would say like something sorry, be with u in a minute or just any sign of humanity!!! GOTNOTHING. #WORSESERVICEEVER

I went to this taco bell tonight for the first time in almost a year. Being that I use to work here I know how shitty the service usually is. Everyone including myself would slack so I was expecting poor service but it was late and I was hungry. Much to my surprise I had the most pleasant Tbell experience of my life. The line was kind of long making the wait slow but the manager working the window was exceptionally polite and well mannered. My food was done perfectly and CORRECTLY! I am very pleased with how much improvement this location has shown. 5 stars guys! Keep it up!

TB: Would you like sauce with your burrito? Me: No thank you just a packet of salt . TB: we don’t have salt packets. Me: no salt ? TV: no salt in packets anymore. Me: why? TB: i don’t know. The sauce had salt. Me: give me 12 packets of sauce I used one and threw the others away. Does tb think their food is gourmet and that salt does not help? Maybe they think I’m stupid and will put too much salt, and my heart explodes right in the drive through. Maybe the salt packet cost a penny which I doubt. Whatever the reason I’m done with Taco Bell. Oh and the burrito the contents was good, the tortilla was hard on the edges. The got at the drive through was very nice.

This location is straight garbage. I go there at 11:30 and see one car in the parking lot that is lit up. All lights on saying it is open. So I pull up in drive thru and no one ever answers. Pull up to front window and employee never acknowledges me and just ignores me. I guess he doesn’t realize that customers put money in the registers which enable him to have a job. Manager should research this for April 16th and fire this employee as he is a poor representative for your Taco Bell.

This Taco Bell might be one of the worst in the US. Two times in the past few weeks my son wanted to eat here. One time they were completely closed and another time it was drive through only. Both of these visits were during lunch. It’s poorly run and managed.

Please fix this place! An hour lunch is not enough time to come eat here. I could go sit down and eat at a table service restaurant in the time it takes to come here. Multiple visits and the same thing. I may have to driver further if I want Taco Bell anymore.

This is by far the most poorly run Taco Bell on the face of the planet. The managers should be ashamed to show their faces in public. Food always suck, is cold, and takes 20 minutes to get.

Slow service. I was told this is restaurant where employees come to train. It shows. Food is just a good/bad as any other Taco Bell location. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to Mi Mamacita’s for better Mexican food and service.

Lots of people hate on Taco Bell, but if you’re in the mood for Mexican food that is quick, cheap and open late, this place can’t be beat. This location of Taco Bell is far fancier than those of my youth. the building itself is only a year or two old, and it has quite the fancy appearance. Most of my experiences here have been relatively early in the evening. The staff are always friendly, and the line moves very quickly. On the few nights I have visited fairly late, the crowd has not been too rowdy, and service was still very good. the other good thing about this location is their willingness to dole out the hot sauce. If you ask for a «whole bunch» of fire sauce, you are going to get that amount. In summary, If you want Taco Bell, come here. It is much better than the other Mandeville location.
