Yogurt was weak flavored. Like it was watered down. The caramel was watery and tastes awful.
My wife did not enjoy her yogurt either.
She said it was very disappointing. We won’t be back. :(

It is clean. They also have a small selection of Mrs Field’s cookies if you want a cookie to eat with your froyo. Speaking of the froyo, its really more like ice cream. Trick your friends that make faces at the thought of eating froyo and take them here… but this place is not for me. I am a fan of the froyo that tastes like actual yogurt… more of the tart flavors I suppose. They have a variety of flavors that are in tubs just like you’d see at Baskin Robbins that have things in them like cookie dough and cookies and cream, as well as some soft serve flavors that are up against the wall… plenty of toppings to choose from though not as many as some places offer. You can also get smoothies if you have a hankering for one. Also, their website is wrong. It says they have the flavor pumpkin available. They do not.

I like TCBY. I don’t like brain freeze. Slow down.

This place is convenient since it’s right near a sushi place or a take out pizza place. Not many places to sit, but I don’t think that’s their style for this location. They know most people will be in and out. The people who work the drive thru don’t even mind when you bypass the menu board and show up at the window asking what flavors they have. One thing I wish is that they’d keep the pumpkin flavor longer, but that’s probably a corporate thing.

TCBY is not your typical ice cream shop. In fact it isn’t an ice cream shop at all since thy serve frozen yogurt. They even claim it is healthier for you which seems crazy since it tastes so good.
There is soft serve and scoopable frozen yogurt along with a plethora of toppings, all for your eating pleasure. On our last trip I combined chocolate frozen yogurt with chocolate syrup and it was wonderful. The yogurt is sweet and tastes as good as any ice cream I’ve had.
Their staff are young kids who are friendly and helpful. There is even a drive thru if you don’t want to go inside. The inside can get crowded, but you rarely have to wait long.
If you’re craving something sweet, but healthier, TCBY is your place.
