Very unhappy with service after purchase. It took two months just for a simple necklace. No followups and when I called to followup they never called me back as I was promised that they will. For such highend big disappointment.

Horrible. Stay away. I walked in with my wife and the heavy set woman behind the desk rolled her eyes at us because she actually had to do her job and help a customer. The people who work here have terrible attitudes and are very rude. Not how a high end brand should tear customers.

People are nice… Had a love bracelet on a silk cord with 3 rings… Wanted to change the color of the rope When I went in they looked at it and didn’t know how to tie the new cord on because it was an «old model»… Went to Los Angeles the next week and they were able to change it for me.

I have experienced nothing but excellent service here for years. I just happened to look up the store on Unilocal to check their hours for this weekend, and I was shocked to see these reviews. I used to deal with Lauren, until she left — now I deal with Christina. They have both bent over backwards to accommodate me and I have been very satisfied with everything I have purchased here. They have overnighted items from across the country just for me to view them — with no obligation to purchase. They have made special arrangements to have things sized quickly on short notice for me. When I come in, we sit down and talk, they make espresso for my wife, and there is no sense of being rushed in and out as you experience in far too many retail businesses nowadays. They have even ordered items for me without taking any deposit, because I didn’t have the credit card I wanted to use with me at the time. So please, do define for me exactly what they are doing that constitutes bad service? If this store asked me on my next visit how they might improve, I can’t think of a single criticism that I’d be able to offer them. Don’t pay too much attention to the negative reviews… two of which were posted on the exact same day… note that the posters all have 0 friends and two didn’t even bother to upload a profile picture. But even if we assume for a moment that they are indeed legitimate customers — two of them make very vague comments about receiving poor service without explaining what actually happened or why they feel it was poor service. It sounds a bit like they tried to haggle, and found out that high-end luxury retailers don’t negotiate on pricing, then went home and posted tantrum reviews. And the third is complaining about not being able to exchange or return a watch — purchased from a different store. Why wouldn’t you go back to the store where you purchased the item, and deal with the sales person you purchased it from? Unilocal really needs to do better at fighting the fake/paid/competitor/revenge reviews.

Definitely not worth going to. They are owned by London Jewelers as per the previous reviewer, which I thought was a joke as first. My fiancé’s mother purchased her a Ballon Bleu watch about 4 – 5 days which was running about 5 mins faster per day. She was informed that they do not exchange anything purchased at Cartier and that she needs to go back to the city. What a waste of time. So if you purchase something here please don’t bother the real Cartier stores since they are owned by London Jewelers. It’s just not worth the trouble and time.

Don’t go there!!! Well, if you want ur watch or ring become the last Cartier you purchased, then you should go there! They will destroy all ur desire of own a Cartier… Sales are useless. Service is zero because the sales there are useless. By the way, I opened this Unilocal acct just because of this Cartier issue. it should be rated zero star not even one.

Do yourself a favor and don’t go here!!! If you’re going to shop at Cartier go to an actual Cartier store not an authorized dealer like them! You’re paying cartier prices you should not go through the headache of dealing with this store owned by London Jewelers. Exchanges and returns are extremely difficult save yourself any problems that may occur.
