Customer service ins this particular store needs a lot of help. Unfriendly and not helpful at all. Please Aerosoles your brand exists in every customer touch point, whether it’s good or bad. If you truly care about protecting your brand, you need to care about your customers experiences in every store. Giving the second star because Aerosoles makes such a comfortable shoes!

My issue is not with the store, but with the online purchasing and the quality of the shoes and Aerosoles needs to be aware to correct these problems. The sandal that has starfish ornaments that immediately fall off… This happened to two pairs that I purchased. Another sandle was clunky and straps were too tight in the right size, therefore again I am dissatisfied with my purchase, but afraid to return and get a credit, not cluding the cost of returning and the time. Also, had an issue with returning shoes and received a credit and then there was no notation that they could find on file with regard to that credit so I lost my money on the return… and I order regularly. I prefer a refund of my money, so as not to have a credit slip lost. Fyi, some of your designs are consertative and unattractive. On a positive note Aerosoles are VERY comfortable.

Totally get why there are such low reviews. After she showed me great boots that fit better than the ones I was exchanging, she told me I couldn’t exchange the boots there because I bought them online. Clearly they are made by them, I had the box as well. Done with this brand.
