This brand has evolved so quickly over the past 5 years, I’m amazed everytime I walk in and see new creations.
The store, the location, and the staff are always friendly. I notice at other chains the staff can be a bit too cool for school. Or they might just not be up to par with what’s going on w trends and new benefit technology.
Here at Skechers they have everything in one spot, shop for it all at one time.
Top designer Mark Nason styles to kids cool tech shoes all there. And the staff guide u or just listen. Great service and top brand Skechers is for everyone I know.

I’ve been buying shoes from Sketchers for four years and the selection and quality is by far the best. I had to return a pair because they did not fit and they were accommodating, nice, and helpful even finding me better fitting shoe. When it comes to service, quality, and price — sketchers are hands down the best shoes around.

There is nothing wrong with making products in China so long as you do it correctly.
Skechers doesn’t.
The trick is to embed your employees in the factory to ensure quality control. If you don’t do this, Chinese employees at the factory will start to cut corners and buy substandard materials to make more money for the factory IMMEDIATELY you leave. Or as soon as your back is turned. You can save money by cutting out these employees but if you do that, you will have to discontinue your warranty and rely on your past reputation when ‘someone’ starts to debase your product.
This is what Skechers have done. I took my new-​condition, lightly used shoes into this store and showed the manager that awful quality plastic had been used on the heel to cut corners and save money. But all I discovered after I spent an hour shlepping to this store to remedy matters was that Skechers knows all about making more money by using third rate materials. She had been management-​primed to deny any warranty liability for a blatantly obviously bad product which had failed so noticeably. And how they told her to deny liability was interesting: I have been buying Skechers for over a decade and they have always accepted liability for defective product without consideration of time limits.
Suddenly this policy has changed to covering you in a snow job of public relations jargon. Paying your own employees to sit around some Chinese factory or accepting liability for Chinese corner-​cutting has now morphed into ‘We haven’t cut out our warranties, in fact we have EXTENDED them! If you buy our shoes and wear them constantly and immediately and if any problem arises within about 15 minutes of your leaving our store, we will replace them. That used to be about 10 minutes so this is an EXTENSION!
Yeah, right. The heel has to wear through an inch of cheap Chinese plastic and expose its inner components within some ludicrously short time limit!
Two stars, not one because their shoes are stylish and still quite comfortable and if anything they have improved the, for example, memory foam insoles so that the memory foam no longer wears flat within a few months like they used to. So do continue to buy these shoes. Just be careful to buy them at outlet stores where the same $ 70 shoe sells for $ 25 and DON’T EXPECT THEM TO LAST LONGER THAN ANY OTHER $ 25 SHOE.
I have posted photos of this pair (and one other which I hadn’t bothered to take back) so everyone can have a good laugh at how far a heel can wear out with little use if truly pathetic quality materials are used.

Every time I come in here I feel like they have way too many people working for the amount of customers that are shopping there. However, that just means there’s always someone to help you, which is awesome. The sales associates are always very helpful and eager to make suggestions and assist you with finding styles/​colors. This store has a very wide selection of shoes for kids, women and men and they also carry their activewear clothing line. I got a really good deal on two long sleeve Lycra type shirts for $ 30!
Overall great experience every time I shop here. I also like how they walk out from behind the counter to hand you your bag and that they give you a reusable bag or backpack too!

Poorly made shoes that don’t last! Recently moved to the area and was excited to use a coupon given out at a local school fundraising walk. Within 2 months, the toe of one sneaker had started to fray and by 2−½ months it had a big gaping hole that rendered it unwearable. When I brought it into the store, the mgr said after barely looking at it that it was from my son dragging his toe on the concrete as he rode his bike and that they could do nothing for me. Will never shop here or at any Skechers store again… The quality is very low, especially for what they charge.

Bad Customer service: I bought an expensive pair of shoes that supposedly were sewn but instead they were glued with cheap glue; after not even a dozen times of wearing them they came apart; contacted this guy Sean at customer support and he said that that pair of shoes are out of production and I should look to see if I could find it in any retail store to see if they would replace it (at the manager discretion); So basically they would not even check the inventory at their stores and would not care about talking to any manager of a nearby store to see what they could do.
I have several pair of Skechers and I am going to post the pictures of the defective shoes on the internet. This was case # 6359 – 433 898 921‑0630 and Sean is the name of the bad customer service representative. Shame on you Skechers.

Yesterday I experienced discrimination for the third time at SKECHERS located at 18 143 Ventura Blvd, Tarzana, CA.91 356. I’m appalled by the store managers extreme un-​professionalism. And furthermore disappointed that a major corporation does not display appropriate tolerance… in 2014! GLBT Universe #NAACP #TEACHINGTOLERANCE #GLADD #DFEH
As of July 22, 2014… Please allow this post to serve as my complaint of discrimination against SKECHERS USA, INC. Additionally, I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional behavior displayed by its District Sales Manager, Michael Radak! SHAME ON YOU SKECHERS. This is unacceptable to the community at large.

Awesome store! Huge selection from tennis to sandals to bobs (bite off of toms). Bright and colorful, you will walk in happy and bound to find something. Not sure about customer service though as I was browsing and no one really offered me help.

Great location and friendly staff. You can shop for Skechers and then go to the beach, yay!
I love their running shoes. You may not think of Skechers as the running shoe store, but try the Go Runs and you will love them!

It’s their flagship store, you honestly think it’s gonna suck?

Went here today to buy a pair of Shape-​Ups. Snagged a metered parking space a block away. Carrie was my salesperson and was very friendly and helpful. I came out with the shoes I wanted and am very happy. The bag they give you with your purchase is actually reuseable, similar to the kind you can buy at the grocery store, only larger. Would definitely shop there again as they had a great selection and it was much easier than parking at the mall. I checked with the Skechers store at the South Bay Galleria but they didn’t have my size in stock.

Wandered in here while browsing the neighborhood and found an incredibly helpful staff (well, the blonde woman who helped me out). I needed some new dressy-​casual shoes and she was direct, decisive, and clear with her recommendations.
No major pressure to buy, though admittedly I was an easy sale since I wanted new shoes.

If you are looking for a pair of Skechers, this is the place!
Originally located across Highland, and when the previous tenant left the SW corner of Manhattan Beach Blvd and Manhattan Ave, they went in there. As I understand it, this location was intended to be more of a showroom for their others stores as their HQ was been located up the hill there since their start.
The selection is phenomenal and some sales from time to time. Go during lunch and many times their employees from the offices will be in there and hit them up for the 25% discount they get!
