This was my first time buying shoes from sketchers. I forgot my sandals on the way to the beach. Wanted to pick up comfortable flats for walking. The associate, Chase was very patient and professional. As manager for retail Chase bank, it was nice to be helped by nice smile, patient employee. Nice first time experience at Sketches of Manhattan Beach.

A friend and I wanted to walk in the Manhattan Beach area. We just happened to get a place in front of the Sketchers store. We were curious about all the new models of shoes. We both likes how lightweight they were and very comfortable too. So we both bought a pair.

Huge store! I never knew Sketchers offered so many options ranging from tennis shoes to walking shoes to sandals to bobs (bite off of toms). Very cute, colorful and trendy. Price is on the high side but you will find something! Worth going in esp if you need a pair of shoes. Beats having to look around. Customer service? Eh I was just browsing and no one really offered me any help. So I’m simply commenting based on their physics and their inventory, but not so much customer service.
