Chili’s Grill & Bar

We order to go frequently and when I came in to pick up our to go order (on a Tuesday) the bartender was swamped. I used to work in f&b so I’m familiar with cutting staff to meet budget when it’s slow but this bartender was doing it all and seemed to be short staffed (props to the bartender for rocking it!) I know that on a Tuesday it’s probably slow but one guy can’t be expected to service a full bar top, manage all to go orders (I wasn’t the only one waiting) and make drinks for the entire full restaurant, it’s too much. I waited about 15 mins for an order that should have been ready which I realize isn’t a long time but if I wanted to take longer than 5 mins there id just eat there. The bartender was very friendly and the servers attempted to help them when he asked for help.

Good food…

I don’t want to give this Chili’s a bad review; I really want to like them, as the wait staff is always friendly and helpful. However, the cleanliness has to improve, dramatically. A friend and I visited recently, and the table was gross. I had to ask the waiter to wipe the table down twice to get all the leftover food and stickiness from the previous guests. I also had to ask for new silverware twice because the sets we received had visible, dried pieces of food left on them. On top of that, my friend displayed symptoms of food poisoning shortly after we ate. I like this place, but they simply have to clean better. There is no ‘that’s good enough’ when it comes to the things people eat with, eat on and drink from.

All I wanted was a bowl of soup tried to order via the internet to find it would take a half hour to get a bowl of soup so I thought I’d call in phone rang once promptly answered told the young lady I would like to order to go only to be placed on hold and forgotten thanks it just kept playing songs that made me want to just hang up and buy a can of soup and make it at home

I just wanted to say that this food was not great or good as I spected It took 30 minutes to get a simple burgher not even busy restaurant plus my girls order was made wrong I’m not coming to this location again !!

We came for my niece graduation we had the waiter by the name of Chris we had 15 people in our party he took care of every one in a timely manner and the food was great

Service lacked consistency, waitress was nice in beginning but didn’t care about my complaint. I knew something was wrong with my ribeye steak as I couldn’t finish it because it didn’t sit well, had a weird after taste. I had to pay for it anyway and now I have food poisoning.

I came here for a friend’s birthday. And can you say BAD SERVICE! The waitress had a attitude the whole time not once checking on us. And the manager was EVEN WORSE. I will never come back here and I recommend you don’t either. Save your gas and money.

Can’t go wrong with Chilis for a cheap meal. I always get the 2 for $ 20. When this was first introduced you can get an appetizer to share 2 entrees and a dessert to share, however now you just get the appetizer and the 2 entrees which is still good because it’s so cheap. You can’t complain when people get to eat off of a $ 20 dollar bill. Service is good here better then other locations

I’ve been to a few chili’s and this one ranks two stars among them. The food prepared here is okay but not by any means great. The service is the same. This is about the closest chili’s to me and I have about 5 giftcards so that’s the only reason I’ve come here more than once.
I like the explosion salad with the cheese quesadillas. The chicken isn’t grilled it seems like the prepared kind that comes in most salads you buy at grocery store. The lettuce was mostly fresh but there were some bits of browned pieces. The cheese was good and the dressing was tasty. The quesadilla was and unmemorable but I ate it so it had to be decent
I ordered a mango iced tea and it tasted like syrup. So I exchanged it for a regular which was better but not great.

The salsa is like water and the burgers were very salty. Service was very good. Restrooms and settings areas were clean.

do NOT go to this chilis. I had never had a complaint about this location until now. There was LITERALLY a ROACH on my sisters plate. It was absolutely disgusting… they only offered to pay for that plate… If there was a roach on that plate I can only imagine what is behind closed doors and in the kitchen… the worst part? we were sitting right by the kitchen… I am still gagging over it!!!

I was once a avid fan of Chili’s. I’d come here any chance I’d get. This location is probably my favorite, due to the cool bartenders and the fact it’s close to my house.
I’ve been to several Chili’s locations and they’re all more or less the same. Décor may differ slightly at each location, but the level of service and quality of food stays pretty much consistent. The food here is tasty. The burgers are delicious, as are some of the appetizers.
I love that they do a late happy hour from 9pm to close, and happy hour ALL DAY on Sunday. Hallelujah!
The only thing I can knock this place for is this… on more than a couple occasions, the food took a LONG time before it was served. Not sure if this was due to the server forgetting to put our order in or if they forgot to bring the food out to us. I remember one particular incident when we’d placed our order and then waited 30+ minutes. The server happen to walk by our table to ask how everything was. She immediately had that look on her face that cries «Oh Sh**», told us our food would be right out and bolted for the kitchen. The food was pretty cold by the time we got it. We were so hungry, we didn’t want to chance another delay by asking them to heat it up again. So we just ate it the way it was.
I will say that I’ve had many fine meals at this establishment and these incidents aren’t really that common. But they’ve happened enough times to lower my opinion of them.
Despite this, I still enjoy an occasional visit to Chili’s every now and then. Usually for a quick lunch or just to grab a beer. The staff here is super friendly, prices are decent, food is good. ‘Nuff said.

Sweet deal! 2meals, 1appetizer, 1 dessert and 2 margaritas for $ 35 plus the option to upgrade your margaritas to premium (presidente) for $ 2… not a bad deal!

I’ve ate here a few times and there is never a wait or a long wait at least. The Olive Garden next door is always packed, so the few times I’ve ate here is because the OG had an hour plus wait. Last night my wife I enjoyed the 2 for 20 deal with 2 entrée’s and an appetizer. We had ribs and chicken tenders… it was pretty solid. We had a great waitress named Janie who was friendly and got us in and out.

I usually don’t crave Chili’s, but will go if I have a giftcard or if there’s a good promotion going on. The boy had a giftcard, and so we went there this past week for the 2 for $ 20 special. One app, two entrees for only $ 20. That’s a pretty sweet deal.
*Texas Cheese Fries: Yum!!! But sooo bad for you!
*Cajun Chicken Pasta: I will definitely get this again… and will probably need a long session at the gym afterward.
*Chicken Quesidilla: I usually prefer a higher cheese to chicken ratio. I felt this dish didn’t have enough cheese.
*Cuevo Margarita: Not strong. No bueno.
Chili’s is A-​Ok in my books. If I didn’t feel so guilty and heavy afterwards, I would go more often!

I was taking my parents to the airport for a red eye, everyone was hungry, and Chili’s seemed to be the only place open. The food was awful even by Chili’s standards. Also, the waitress was having some personal problems as well as problems with the managers. And she had no problem sharing them with us. All of this led to orders being messed up and a long wait for food.

Okay i thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt. Even though our waiter was very nice and polite when i took my first bite of my burger it f. ing burned my mouth due the salt content, the fries were bombarded with seasoning salt which just made things worse. My girlfriend had some Broccoli and shrimp, obviously these were frozen before and the veggies looked and smelled old. The best part about this dinner was that it was free (gift card) oh and the beer i drank (amstel) to wash down the most unhealthy food I’ve ever had and i live right by Tommy Burger Hollywood.

it’s a chili’s, its better than denny’s. it’s a chain.
if youre looking to review this place the same way you’d do an independent place, get over it.
go here, grab a good entrée, maybe some beers and pay the tip.
