Came in with a broken motherboard and he replaced it. Genuine employee. Fry’s has a large parking lot and a lot to offer computer hardware wise. They also price match!

I have been coming to this place for years and was really surprised by the low reviews. Although they are in need of some remodeling, this place has absolutely everything you might need to fit your electronic needs. I cannot remember the ladies name who assisted us, but she went above and beyond and was extremely patient. Now that I am working from home, I needed to set up my home office, and she took us around the store and explained in detail everything we needed. On top of her great service, the clerks up front were also very nice and we were greeted coming and going. I will continue to come here, because no matter what we are looking for they always seem to have it, and they also have great competitive prices.

WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER!
If I could give no stars I would. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years and this has become my go to electronics store. Operating a production company I rely on Fry’s for quality products thats keep my business moving forward. I recently purchased a bunch of high end and expensive HDMI cables. After 2 of the 6 were faulty and the picture quality was cutting in and out I went to return them. Unfortunately the products were slightly past due and they wouldn’t make any exceptions even thought 4 of the cables weren’t open. I had all receipt and the packaging was new. Running a company we sometimes buy products in bulk and expect them to work when needed. I understand the return policy, but a company needs to stand by its products and these were faulty! I wasn’t even looking for my money back, just store credit. The customer service was terrible! i spoke with Miguel in the audio visual department and he was extremely unprofessional and had zero skills dealing with clients. Instead of working with me, he was trying to get me off the phone as soon as possible. I will never shop at Fry’s again. I will now bring my business to Costco, with their amazing customer service!

I came into the MB Fry’s and was in a poor mood when I got there, I think I was even rude to the staff. They still smiled and gave me exceptional customer service. I picked up a tripod that I needed for a shoot today. I had the pleasure of purchasing the tripod from a fellow named Juan I believe, he was shy but very kind & polite, I was rude. Juan’s manager Erick assisted in the sale giving me a large amount of knowledge on the tripod I wanted to purchase. I went to Best Buy first and was looking for a deal, but the MB Frys Electronics across the way from Best Buy had great prices & far more superior products than Best Buy had to offer. I will make Fry’s my go to store for all my photography needs!

You really can’t beat Fry’s prices… We just purchased a 55″ Sharp Smart TV for $ 600 here. Not too shabby =) We’ve been here multiple times to buy laptops as well. Check their ads in the paper for some killer deals! Beats Best Buy EVERY TIME. They will also price match if you show them an online price for the same item.
This place gets SLAMMED on the weekends so I recommend going on a weekday. They usually don’t close until 9pm but they have holiday hours right now and are open until 10pm. There are some questionable workers here, but we’ve always been able to find a helpful person.
Fry’s has sort of become a one-​stop-​shop. They sell a lot of random stuff (not just electronics).

Call of Duty Black Ops III came out on 11÷6÷15. On 11÷7÷15, I stopped by Fry’s Electronics to pick it up. I wasn’t sure whether Fry’s would have it since it’s in such high demand, but I was elated that it did.
Fry’s has a wide variety of items. It’s a huge supermarket for electronics. This one’s at the corner of Rosecrans and Sepulveda with easy access and copious parking.

Señores no solo pongan el aviso también pongan las letritas pequeñas de las restricciones que yo si leo y asi no hacen perder tiempo a la gente, carajo!

Honestly, this place is a freaking dump!
We stopped because my wife needed to use a bathroom before our 2 hour drive back home, but we also decided that we would try and look for a special iPhone charger for her uncle.
The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting… I shit you not, my wife took a picture of a bloody tampon that was left in her stall! WTF!?!
This store honestly just has so much crap everywhere, every single aisle looks cluttered. It was a little ridiculous that they have different styles of iPhone chargers in 3 different aisles… why can’t you just organize them into 1 main aisle? I don’t get it.
I’ve been to the Fry’s in San Diego and in San Marcos… and neither of them have been as run down-​looking as this location. If I lived in the area, I think I’d honestly just stick with Walmart.
