GUAC Taco Cart Company

GUAC Taco Cart is the best one out there! We had a party for 50 people, and the food was awesome and the company super professional! They come and set up an hour prior to your event, and when they leave everything is boxed up and cleaned perfectly! Austin worked our event, and he was superb and the guests loved him! I am already using them again (twice in one week) because there is nothing better than knowing the food and preparation is top notch, and you can sit back and enjoy your party! No need to look any further than GUAC Taco Cart for your next party!

GUAC Taco Cart does it again! I threw a party for 20 people and used the drop off catering. They showed up right on time and set up everything perfectly. Everything comes in a couple recyclable cardboard boxes (butane food warmers, trays, tray holders, serving utensils, plates, utensils, napkins). I provided a table and a tablecloth, that was it. The food was outta sight and there was more than enough even with a hungry crowd. I ordered the chicken and shrimp for a build your own taco bar. It was excellent. Take down was super easy. I put everything in the boxes and recycled them. (minus the butane warmers). They have catering, food and customer service down pat. They will continue to have my business over and over again.

AMAZING service! Delicious, clean, authentic food with friendly, professional service. Joe goes out of his way to deliver a great product. Would hire them without hesitation for any event.

DELICIOUS tacos! The guys working the guac truck were pretty awesome too. Really nice people and great food go together so well. You’ve got multiple tortillas to choose from, multiple meats to choose from and there’s even vegan. The toppings that go along with the tacos are always fresh. It is a must to try the bbq sauce that can go on the pulled pork.
So delicious!

GUAC catered a recent party of about 40 people and they were so fabulous! Austin arrived on time, was fun to talk to and engaging with our guests, the food was yum (my!) and then at the end, he cleaned up and packaged any leftovers for our fridge. No easier way to host a party with terrific food!

I had GUAC Taco come and handle the food for a birthday party of about 75 people and they did a fantastic job. Many people commented to me on how much they liked the food; I would (and have) HIGHLY recommend these guys to anyone. Joe arrived perfectly on time to set things up; everything looked and tasted great; and he was a great sport with the handful of kids that were at the party. Total professionals and I would use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks again, Joe!

I just had GUAC Taco Cart Co. of El Gringo (in Hermosa Beach) cater my son’s Freshman Football Banquet at Mira Costa High School. To say they were amazingly seamless would be an understatement! From the Set Up to shut down, these guys were SO Professional and so KIND… I was blown away at how they just took charge and got it done efficiently and deliciously! I received several compliments from the parents and kids saying how the food was phenominal and so fun to have the GUAC taco cart there in lieu of their normal «banquet style food». I then received an email from the Coach who has done these banquets for upwards of 25 years and said I «hit it out of the park using El Gringo and the Taco Cart»…He asked for all of their info because he too was so impressed with the food and service and wants to use them for all future Football events… YAY! Mom had a lil victory with that one, so THANK YOU to Bill Graw and The GUAC Taco Cart guys for making me look SO GOOD!

Awesome experience. Fed 75 people for a backyard party for our neighborhood and it was PERFECT. Joe and Evan were gracious and helpful and made the food portion of our party so easy. Having hosted 100+ parties (potlucks to ballrooms) the food is always an issue. Using El Gringo erased any concerns. They loaded, set up, walked around and encouraged people to eat, did a «last call» and never once did I need to get my hands dirty. I will be using them again and again and again… Thanks so much for being so good at what you do!

We just rented the GUAC taco cart for a party at our home in Los Feliz and had a great experience. I was hesitant b/​c I’ve never dined at an El Gringo (the GUAC truck is connected to the El Gringo restaurants in the South Bay), but a friend who lives in the South Bay said they were great restaurants so we went for it. Bill, the manager/​owner was a pleasure to deal with in terms of planning, answering questions, making recommendations, etc. GUAC was happy to drive all the way from the South Bay to Los Feliz for a minimal travel fee. Another guy named Bill actually came in the truck to work the party. He was great— showed up early, brainstormed with me as to where to set up, smoothly got his whole grill and fixings/​toppings table set up, and worked his magic! The tacos were fantastic (carne asada, chicken and mahi mahi), and there were great chips, salsas, and other toppings. All of the guests said they loved the food, and having the «grillmaster» serving up the tacos made the event feel special and fun. Given what we got (delicious food, cooked fresh and served by a friendly professional), I thought the price was extremely reasonable. I’m hoping I have an occasion to have another «Taco Truck» party so I can call GUAC again.

I have been to countless parties which GUAC catered and none of them would have been the same with out their catering. The food is always excellent, and the service is textbook! i really love the whole setup with the grill, and the make it how you like it buffet table. Their salsa and Guacamole are untouchable, and the carnitas and carne asada are addicting! Cant wait for another party catered by GUAC! definitely a good time!

Thank you to GUAC Taco and Ken for making our event this last Saturday just perfect. Bill was very helpful and was very quick to respond when I had any questions. Ken was our chef-​extraordinaire for the evening. He showed up right on time, and set up the flat top grill and full buffet in no time. He was also very interactive with the guests — suggesting new taco combinations and his favorite taco combinations. Overall he very enthusiastic and helpful — which made our experience with GUAC even better. Finally, the food was fantastic. Everyone raved all night that they were the best tacos that they had ever had.
I recommend GUAC wholeheartedly for your next event!

I was so happy that my gf and I showed up on time to a recent party. Main reason is that El Gringo was catering the party with their Guac TAco cart and buffett. Evferything was there on the buffett. The best setup I’ve ever seen. They even had lights on the setup. Very cool, and the food was was absolutely perfect for the party. I ate at least 6 tacos. 3 meats to chose from. All of them were great. This was a good call. I will call them for our summer party.

The G.U.A.C. truck is awesome! I had a party of 100 catered by these guys. Having been extremely stressed out by planning this party, it was a relieve to see the G.U.A.C. truck pull up early! They asked me one simple question of where to set up then went straight to work without bothering me the entire party. They provided plates, napkins, forks, and drinks! They set up their grills and two tables buffet style with all the sides so you could build a meal to fit your taste bud’s desire. The two men working the grill were awesome! They were friendly and helpful to any guest that was having difficulty making a decision. They also were quick as they handled a party of 100 with no problems at all. The lines were always moving at a great pace, yet the quality of food and service was never compromised. They also had a young lady working at the buffet table being sure everything was stocked and fresh, and that the table was free of any spilled mess. The amount of professionalism these individuals showed throughout the party was above and beyond. It was so nice to be able to enjoy my own party, not having to worry about set up, take down, or too much clean up; I felt more like a guest than a host at my own party! As the party began to come to a close, the three packed up everything, threw away any leftover mess, and even swept up spilled rice and chip crumbs before leaving! At such a reasonable cost I would suggest the G.U.A.C. truck to anyone! You’ll have great service from friendly caterers and your guest won’t stop talking about your party for weeks! The whole experience was more than I’d hoped for and so convenient; I know I’ll be a returning customer for G.U.A.C. in no time!
