I came in with my husband a week ago to look at running shoes. The sales person or owner (I’m not sure) was very helpful and spent time giving us recommendations on shoes. I ended up finding a pair I really like and the whole store happened to be on sale so we were able to save 30%. I was pleased with the whole experience. We’ll definitely be back.

I have walked into this store to look for running shoes a few times and I have never once been greeted or asked if I needed help. Even when I’m the only one in the store the employees can’t seem to be bothered to help. I always just end up walking out. It’s too bad since I’m a local and a runner who would shop here all the time if they actually bothered to try to do their job. Very poor customer service.

Walked in and was immediately greeted by a very welcoming and friendly staff. I was interested in trying on some men compression tights or guy tights as I call them and Garrett helped me and was great. He showed me the 2XU compression tights and explained the variations from the wide selection they had to offer. Garrett explained the difference in the cuts and areas where the material is located on the guy tights and explained how and why they work. Thank you so much Garrett for your knowledge and I’ll be back to check out some more awesome stuff. Thanks bro!

I was on the HUNT for a specific shoe yesterday (Nike Free Run 5.0 in black) and searched high and low with no luck before remembering I saw a super cool-looking store in MB that would probably have them!
I called on my way over, no answer. No answering machine either just… rang until it stopped.
I got there and walked up… and it was closed. I checked Unilocal… no it said it should be open. I checked the sign on the door with their time schedule… nope, that said it should have been open for an hour already.
I called again… no answering machine still.
They not only lost my business (and between my husband and I, GOOD business) but I just had to post it here too because it left SUCH a bad taste in my mouth.
I took my business to Super Sports up the road, and fell in LOVE with that store!

My only regret is not going in to work with Garrett Hamilton for his incredibly professional and accurate diagnostics for determining which shoes would be right for my gait, foot-knee-ankle-hip-spine structure, activity… He is amazing! I am so very happy with my new shoes and have been using them the way Garrett advised with incredible success. iRun MB is a new go to place for me (and those I’ve referred to it) for sure.

Looks like they have a great selection of shoes.
I would like to comment on their service, but I can’t. A couple weeks ago I went in, looked around a while, and not a single one of the 6 – 8 employees in there said a word to me. They were decorating the store for some kind of «christmas in the summer» event and couldn’t be bothered to ask a customer if they needed help or had any questions.

They have good among of shoes selection, few clothes, few sport sunglasses, and other supplies thats good for you during your workout or for any type of sport. Convenint for those who job or ride the bicycle at the beach.
My family bought a sunglasses that cost about $ 35 for my brother to use where he play beach volleyball. Prices are vary on the type of glasses. We thought it was a bit pricy but the worker told that it was a specialty type of sunglasses so we understand. Even though there was only worker when we were there but he were able to help in explaining the type of glasses after we specifically him what we were looking for

VALLEY VILLAGE, CA

The gentlemen who run the place are runners and know alot about shoes, races throughout California and beyond. So if new to running they can help you with deciding on what race to make your debut. As for knowledge, I know my feet well, so I know what my feet do in a shoe (where they will hurt and numb up), and let’s not forget knee pain. Garrett the manager, was truly helpful with information and helped me understand what brands of shoes would make me a better and safer runner. Love this place!

This place is great! Not only do they have a great selection, there is a great turnout for the running club on Wednesday nights. Great people and great merchandise with a very knowledgeable staff. I won’t go anywhere else for running stuff!

Great selection, great store. The staff are all runners and are very knowledgable. Definitely the best place in the South Bay to get your running gear. Wednesday night run club is awesome!

I went in there and the guy who helped us was very knowledgeable and helpful. My foot used to hurt after long runs, now with the new shoes he got me in to my foot doesn’t hurt at all. So stoked! Great location, great staff and great product.
