Worked with Rosalinda for three months to get back in shape following some international travel. My primary goal was to get motivated and develop a plan to lose some weight and develop more core strength.
Rosalinda is an expert who keeps it fun and challenging without overcomplicating the process. We held sessions at Unlimited Fitness (a clean, well provisioned gym in Hermosa). Best part of training with Rosalinda was not just the results (which I saw after 2 weeks) but the communication between training sessions. I consistently received emails checking in on my progress both with nutrition and training.
Would absolutely recommend her for anyone, any age or gender who is looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, fitness professional.

Best Boot camp! She is very professional, efficient and knowledgable. The workouts are challenging but supper fun, time flies when training with her. I recommend her to anyone who wants to achieve a fitness goal.

Rosalinda’s guidance has truly helped me to become more fit and healthy: She plans out each individual personal training session to ensure it is varied and interesting — which motivates me to work harder and get better results. (She even sends out «Eat Right Reminder Texts» when you’re on travel — Watch out! ;-) Originally from Maui and later a professional volleyball player, Rosalinda went on to achieve the training and certification that well qualify her for this role. Her gentle-​yet-​serious approach has yielded outstanding results for me: I lost 8 pounds over the past six months — but even more importantly, I feel great! I highly recommend Rosalinda if you are committed to your personal fitness success.
