Shore Fit

Absolutely love this place in MB! They carry the best stuff! I scored super cute Onzies at sidewalk sale today!

I’ve recently become a Shore Fit junkie. If you’re tired of looking up in (yoga/​pilates/​yogilates/​name your zen class :) and seeing everyone with your outfit, then come here and find unique, fun and comfy activewear.
The activewear is cute and there are brands such as nike, alternative apparel, so low, hard tail, and a lot of others that I don’t know offhand!:)
You can also find yoga mats, shoes, hats, bags, hair ties and other fun active life accessories.
The location is in downtown manhattan beach, and there’s even a nice beach view from the store. Definitely visit when you’re in the area, you will likely not walk away empty handed!

Love this store, a mix of all different higher end names in active wear, in the latest styles. I’m tiring of Lululemon, of which I have a ton because I practically live in my workout clothes, so they need to be cute AND comfortable. Enter Shore Fit!
Sarah, the owner, is always there and super helpful. Beyond Yoga was sold out of my size on a couple items, but she was able to find and place a special order for me with her «peeps». I highly recommend this adorable store. Hey, after you buy some stuff, head 50 yards to The Strand for an invigorating walk in beautiful Manhattan Beach!

Just bought my fifth item from Shore Fit. The shop is adorable, Sarah (the super sweet extremely knowledgable owner) is so helpful and she keeps such a clean shop! Im in love with my UpVibe gear!
A lot of shops have a stuffy feel to them (like im supposed to know every move in the book and drop tons of $ on my workout gear), but not Shore fit… Sarah was able to put me in some really reasonably priced and (might I add) sexy but comfy clothes to work out in. I will be stopping in again really soon, she was unpacking a box of «Beyond Yoga»…MUST SEE IT

I must admit I am fan of Lululemon… but I am sick of showing up to my yoga class wearing the same diggs as the woman next to me! Embarrassing! Relieved was I to find Shore Fit in the heart of Manhattan Beach! This store is so cute and has fashion forward work out gear. Yes we all want to look fashionable and unique while we work out. Sarah the owner has a wide selection of Hard Tail gear. My favorite are the flared long black yoga pants, they make my stubby legs look long and lean. There is also a variety of tasteful colors and prints that put lulu to shame. Im hooked and switched for good! Word is Shore Fit will be carrying Nike shoes soon! Goodbye only being able to buys Sketchers for your athletic toes!!! Did I mention AMAZING customer service??? That alone makes me want to pop in every week to see what’s new!

A big part of the quest to «Be All that You Can Be» is to be fit and trim. And no self-​respecting hot beach babe works out in ratty duds. When you think that you will have to wear the mark of the Lulu on every behind that you own, it’s time to stroll down Manhattan Ave to the lovely little boutique-​y fitness shop that is Shore Fit.
+ 1 Star — Nicest saleslady ever, Sarah. Wow, what a sweet, lovely lady. I didn’t feel she was trying to sell me, either. More that she wanted to find me what I was looking for — really.
+ 1 Star — Selection. No one wants bright pink or turquioise or purple to work out in. Or yellow. Or green. If they do, they can go to Dick’s. There are lots of variations of what black and gray and other dignified colors can be on your body, but most of all, these subdued shades are slimming, ladies, and this shop seems to understand that. And dang they sure have a lot to gawk at in that range of cooler shades.
+ 1 Star — Ambiance. I don’t want to try on work out clothes (or any clothes) and a loud, dance-​music place. The mellow, but upbeat music and ‘tude here relaxed me and made me… buy!
— 1 Star — Parking. Ugh, not anyone’s fault but MB parking is metered and pricey. Bring the credit card, as it’s $ 2/​hr.
I just adored this shop and the items in it. Plus the happy sales attitude, yes, I shall return. Soon. To buy more Lycra to swaddle my waddle to keep it from jiggle with just enough wiggle.

Shore Fit is a wonderful clothing store for so many reasons! The staff is always so friendly! And they offer such great advice on the clothes — they really seem to know the brands they carry and are knowledgeable in their product. I absolutely LOVE all of the brands that Shore Fit carries. I love that many of them are local to California! I do yoga and pilates and I can always count on Shore Fit for the right clothing to do both of those. And the clothes are cute! Many of the pieces can be worn with other things — i.e. tops can be mixed with jeans, etc. I really love that! So stop in to Shore Fit — it’s hands down my FAVORITE new store in Manhattan Beach!

I LOVE Shore Fit! My favorite new store in Manhattan Beach! A friend recommended it to me, and I’m so glad she did. I am a new mommy that wears mostly active wear these days. I was able to find a fabulous variety of tops, sports bras, yoga & workout pants and cozy cover-​ups. The owner is very sweet and helped me find the right fit, that helped me look sexy and sporty. Now I can look super cute while chasing after my son! Ladies, definitely check out Shore Fit! Great brands (Nike, Hard Tail), great prices, wonderful service! Ask for Sarah, she is the best! :) I will be shopping there for years to come.
