Tommy Bahama

i just had a horrible and uncomfortable experience in this store. This Asian looking sales women, no name tag and didn’t introduce herself, was very disrespectful. She followed me around and constantly counted the items in my hands. I honestly started feeling gross and nauseous. When all I was doing was showing items to my son she was right there for no particular reason besides to watch what I did. I’ve been shopping at this store for years and I’ve never, ever had experience like this. This person is not Tommy Bahama material. If you want people to continue shopping at this store FIRE HER as soon as possible, she is a liability to the Tommy Bahama company!!!

I went in to get a shirt for my uncle’s birthday. I immediately was greeted by Cory who I used to know from working at Del Amo mall a few years ago. Small world. He helped me find the perfect shirt for my uncle and he loved it.
The store itself is beautiful and impeccably maintained. Nothing was out of place. The displays were well set up and it was easy to see what was available.
The prices here are expensive but you get what you pay for. The quality is excellent and the shirts last for a long time and still look new several years later. I will be in here next time when I need the perfect gift. And of course, excellent customer service…

I went in to look for a couple of Hawaiian shirts for my husband’s birthday gift. I was immediately greeted by Petra with, «What can I talk you into today?» I thought the greeting was charming and funny. She directed me to the shirts and was very helpful, but not pushy or overbearing. They seem to have a great sales team at this location. The shop was extremely tidy, neat and well organized. I will definitely shop there again.

We were totally surprised with how much we liked this place. I got the fish tacos (gluten-​free) and my husband got a veggie burger. Both were awesome! It was very healthy food without sacrificing flavor :) drinks were also good

I went looking for the classic Hawaiian shirt and went out with much more. I was impressed by their shoes and my wife loved the clothes. I bought my wife a Tommy Bahama watch for Valentine’s day that everyone compliments her on. Rosie gave us the best customer service and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of.

Can’t say I had he same experience as previous reviewers. I walked in about two weeks ago looking for a particular linen shirt in a particular color. The first salesperson I encountered wasn’t sure they had the color I was looking for, she asked a second sales person who said «follow me». We walked to the rear of the men’s section and without asking pulled my size. I’m always impressed when a salesperson knows the products they are selling.
I looked around the store a bit, found another shirt that I liked. I found e staff here very helpful and knowledgeable. This store is a bit smaller than the one in Newport Beach/​Corona Del Mar. Because this is in the Manhattan Village Mall, parking can be a bit of a distance away at times.

Where to find a pair of men’s white pants? Not Tommy Bahama’s.
My bf and I have a white party to go to on Sunday and we needed white clothes. Good thing is that after Labor Day everything white pretty much goes on sale but finding men’s white pants is a challenge.
My first thought was Tommy Bahama’s but they didn’t have them. I am sure they do in Miami but not here.
