If only there was a way to give no stars. They deserve none. Good prices but the WORST customer service experience. I never complain about bad service, figuring most workers are paid poorly at this type if store, but I’m making an exception. Only go there if you feel like being lectured like a child and followed around the store to make sure you’re not disobeying the rules. They lectured nervous customers about hanging their coats, insisting you hang your own coat while you try on theirs so it doesn’t look «messy.» You must take the hanger in your hand while trying on your coat, lest it look messy on the rack. Do not dare to put a sealed cup down while you try on a coat. Them the floor might look messy. Count on being interrogated if there’s a coat off a hanger, even on the other side of the store. The manager approached each customer in turn, accused them of abandoning hangers and coats, and if you didn’t fess up you’d get a lecture about the importance of keeping the store organized. I was about to drop $ 120 on a coat (a lot for me), and when the manager began lecture number three I lost it. I told her I wanted her name and she said «corporate told me not to tell anyone,» so I guess they have this problem a lot. What a waste of time. Really disappointing, because I badly need a winter coat, and I thought the long search was over. In the end, I couldn’t justify giving then my business.

This is one of the best stocked and organized Bolton that I have ever been too. The selection of name brand apparel was pleasing.

Decent prices, and sometimes you can be lucky finding women’s apparel.
