I ordered wallpaper several times from them. Always delivered on time without a glitch. One time the manufacturer sent the wrong order and I only realized two months later (I was moving houses in the meantime). I was blown away from the speedy response of this company. Within days I received the correct merchandise in my front door. Will continue to do business with them. Great selection and fantastic customer service.

I am revising my rating based on a speedy refund when I did not want to wait for a back order. This service has its good points. However, they could really improve it if they would notify customers when there is a back order, rather than having you wait and wait and wonder.

The owner of this firm is incredibly rude. She doesn’t even let you finish a sentence and then cuts you off with «That’s our price.» I was hoping she could make some suggestions for lines in my price range but she didn’t even let me get speak. Stay away!
