I use them for my dry cleaning. For a while, they were really struggling, but they are reasonable price wise, so I stuck with them. Had a very upfront conversation with the owner, ever since then, they have been pretty good. If you want to work through issues, but get a cheaper price, and hopefully at some point find a good set up, this is the right cleaner to use. If you are going to freak out at the first small mistake, look elsewhere!

This place sucks for the following reasons. I am finally DONE with this place.
1. Why is there a child working behind the counter?
2. I have dropped several items off that have not been ready by the time stated on the ticket
3. When I ask for my clothes back after terrible service they «cannot find» my clothes
Seriously? There are SO many other laundry places around this area. I was a total fool to keep going back there.

I’m fairly new to the neighborhood and lives a less than a block away. I was very sure that I dropped off 3 pairs of pants and didn’t notice they had only charged me for 2 pairs when I signed my credit card receipt. I realized my error when I picked up the delivered pants with my building doorman and I went back to the cleaners and explained that I’m definite that I dropped off 3 pants and that I didn’t pay attention to the receipt that they had issued me on the spot with 2 pants. I very politely requested if they can try and locate, and I was brusquely told by the lady in charge that she won’t make a mistake with counting my clothes and that I should check my apartment closet. WILL NEVER BRING ANY BUSINESS THERE, EVER!

I gave them a 10 lbs bag of laundry and asked them, just to make sure, if they separate whites from colors. The lady said I better do it myself. It wasn’t a big deal at the time, so I did. So they charged me a $ 7 flat rate for each load having to do 2 separate laundry loads. That’s not how wash and fold laundry works. I spoke with someone at another cleaners who told me it’s common sense to separate whites from colors. This place didn’t even deliver my laundry for the $ 14 I paid. They might be good for dry cleaning but definitely not knowledgeable for wash&fold laundry service.

Fresh Season cleaners was extremely helpful when I spilled wine all over a colleagues red dress at our holiday party! They even came to pick up/​drop off at our office and were incredibly friendly. It took a week or so to get the dress back but that is because they had to do it twice to get rid of the stains – which they did! love these guys.

My alteration Heroes!
They saved me from an alteration nightmare and do Incredible work for a reasonable price. I have had a pair of jeans and a floor length dress altered here. Both were perfect!
