Jen Cassetty Training

It is a pleasure to be working with Jen as she helps me reach my goals. I made the decision to compete in my very first bikini competition in April and she has been guiding me every step of the way. She provided me with a nutrition plan, cardio plan and puts me through work outs that will get my body where it needs to be for April 12^th. She carries extensive knowledge in the fitness and nutritional world. She helps me inside and outside of the gym. Prepping for this competition can get emotional at times and she is there to help break things down when I don’t understand «why»… «Why am I craving pizza all of a sudden when I haven’t had it in over a year?» She keeps me moving forward whenever I feel like I want to give up. She works with me outside our sessions on practicing my moves for what will take place on stage! She helps fix issues I’ve developed over the past few years from sitting behind a desk all day… while getting me in shape at the same time. All of us who live in NY know a thing or two about bad posture. She isn’t «that» trainer who is going to yell at you to give her 50 push ups, 100 burpies or 100 jumping jacks. SHe develops a program specifically for you. your needs and your goals!
