I went to a second session of bootcamp with Dominic. I just wanted to update on a few things. (1) To some sessions, he does bring equipment. This time we got to use kettleballs as part of an upper body work out (2) He definitely varies the workout. I liked the exercises better this time than the first time. It is good to know every workout will not be identical. Feeling really good about this bootcamp and am looking forward to the sessions ahead.
