Train P3

I’d like to recommend Train P3 to absolutely everybody. It’s a great training that makes your body as strong, functional and flexible as it was when we were on the top of our physical abilities. It literally awakens the best version of yourself and makes you feel balanced, and confident. Private sessions are great to begin with, you’ll get a lot of important information about how to work out — and most importantly, how to make it RIGHT. Group classes are a lot of fun with other athletes. Go for it, try it and find the best version of yourself with the best coach ever.

I have one thing to say about train p3: this training is all about getting out of your body. If you’re looking for something extremely challenging, look no further. I have never done most of the workouts in my life before. I definitely plan on coming back to hopefully be better with what I learned today. Nerijus is simply amazing. He really takes the time to correct form and gets to know everyone’s physical background so he can tailor accordingly.

Train P3 is the best full body workout I’ve ever done. I am a pole dancer, and I started Train P3 with the goal to become a stronger and better poler. Train P3 helped me reach my pole goals, yes — but it has done much much more for me! Train P3 and the amazing people who do Train P3 each week quickly became a HUGE part of my life, and have changed my life in countless ways. Each week I learn more about my body, how to move and train properly, how to eat properly, and also tips on attitude, how to live your best life all-​day every-​day. The most incredible thing about Nerijus’ program is not the weight loss or the muscle building, though those are both amazing; but the most incredible part is the way he teaches you how to create your own balanced workouts. The reason I’ve quit so many other programs is that I get bored. With Nerijus, you learn to balance the different movements and types of exercise to make sure you are always getting the most result for the least effort/​time. Now walking into the gym is an adventure. And, if I don’t feel like going to the gym, I know how to build a balanced workout at the park or even in my own living room. I love Nerijus’ Train P3 program! It makes working out fun by challenging your body and your mind.

I’ve participated in the group sessions off and on for several years now, and am always blown away by how great this group is. A big thank you to Nerijus and Train P3! My experience with his guidance and skill has been awesome! The physical benefits of just a 6 week program have been great — I lost 10 lbs of fat, gained 5 lbs of muscle and dropped my body fat % by 4%! I first attended a Train P3 group session in Central Park in October 2013. I have been hooked on this program ever since. Nerijus, the head coach, is great at breaking down each exercise and showing how to hold the correct form in order to work the targeted muscles. He is encouraging and pushes you to push yourself.
Train P3 focuses on Performance, Power, and Physique. I know that I have improved in all 3 of these areas since working with Nerijus on a regular basis. I can feel the difference in my body if I have to miss a few sessions, so I make sure to come back!
One of the «rules» of Train P3 is to «make sure that you have fun». Every time I leave Train P3, I can definitely say that I had a lot of fun!

I was introduced to Train P3 by a friend about 2 years ago. At that time, I didn’t work out at all. I was in the worst shape of my life. I attended the group session on Saturday in central park. The group was AWESOME! Everyone was friendly and supportive, which made the work out so much fun. What really puts Train P3 apart is the head trainer, Nerijus. Nerijus has a great understanding of the human body and will tailor a work out for you based on your strengths and weaknesses. Two years later, I’ve lost 25 pounds, 2 pants sizes and i’m overall stronger physically and mentally. Thanks Nerijus! Keep up the good work.

Nerijus Bagdonas somehow manages to get you to work as hard as possible without yelling or degrading you. There are so many bootcamps that resort to these types of antics and he feels zero need to do that. You are in a safe environment around nice people who are all playing off each others strengths. He provided safe and challenging workouts that make you hungry for more. You leave feeling like an accomplished athlete. You never know what the day is going to bring you so you’re never bored.

I cannot say enough positive words about my experience with Train P3 & Nerijus Bagdonis. Nerijus offers individualized, stimulating, challenging and dynamic training sessions for all levels. The workouts offer a window of opportunity for persons just getting started or those looking to enhance their current training experience. Nerijus is the best trainer I have had to date. A kind heart, a strong work ethic and a fantastic personality make him a triple threat!

I have been training with Nerijus using the Train P3 method for a year. In that time I have noticed some incredible changes in my strength, flexiblity and overall athleticism. I have been doing yoga for many years and although that has served me well, I was definitely lacking in certain aspects of my workout. Nerijus helped me to complement my yoga practice through his series, and actually improve it. His approach to fitness is not your average. He takes a holistic approach to fitness focusing on your specific needs and abilities. His broad knowledge of the human body is extremely important in optimizing your workout, and more importantly, avoiding injury. A lot of trainers will just focus on a «good workout» without really knowing what effects it has on an individual.
Most importantly though … I now have a booty!!! :)

Train P3 is probably the most effective overall training possible. Too many training programs and trainers are overly focused on a specific area — just too get big, or just to lose fat, or just to get a nicer butt… whatever. Nerijus has designed a program that will give it all — strength, flexibility, power, and explosiveness. You’ll build muscle AND burn fat.
I can’t explain how much I learned from Nerijus. He is one of the most knowledgable and well-​rounded trainers on the planet, and I’m not exaggerating. Not to mention being a great, inspirational coach, both as a person and as an example of what the training can do to your body. The guy is jacked beyond jacked (google Nerijus Bagdonas images). And yet he is more flexible than many yogis, and can jump higher than most athletes. Like I’ve said, it’s the complete package.
The training is difficult, but that just means it is not for the weak of heart. Weak body/​lungs, no problem — he will adapt the exercises for all levels.
This review may sound overly gushy, but I can assure you it is for good reason. Beyond all of these things, Nerijus is honestly just a really great person. Stop wasting your time and money elsewhere.

I started working with Nerijus before I even touched down in the US! My company brought him in to help employees with their health & fitness whilst I was still in the UK. Even though we were an ocean apart he went out of his way to help with any fitness needs I had. It made a huge difference.
Fast forward to today and I have trained with P3 for 3 years now. Looking forward to every session, every week. No matter what we do, it is always a little different and fresh each and every day.

He simply helps you discover a better version of yourself. His workout routines are focused on building strength and his diet recommendations help you maintain a clean and healthy lifestyle. For me, training with Nerijus is beyond fitness. Just being around him makes you want to be a more disciplined, humble and hard working person. I’ve worked with many fitness experts in the last 20 years and Nerijus Bagdonas is definitely the best trainer in NYC. Train P3 not only challenges every athlete of all levels, but it also is fun! Nerijus focuses on proper technique, quality of movement, and gives each student individual attention. The group classes have both regular and new students each week. You feel like a team by the end of the workout, giving words of encouragement, lots of support, and high fives!
The group and semi private classes consist of sled pulling, sprinting, primal movement (squatting, crawling, jumping), weight training, pull-​ups, push-​ups, ball throwing, and resistant bands.

Ok, so let me just start off by saying that I am a boxing trainer and that I know a lot of different trainers. Nerijus Bagdonas is by far the best overall trainer that I know. His knowledge of the human body is amazing and his ability to adapt and create challenging workouts is beyond impressive.
I am humbled every time I train with him. His P3 class is awesome. Such an enthusiastic crew and truthfully a group of people that are well above the majority of people. Nerijus makes sure that everyone gets the attention they need and always stresses good form over reps.

I’ve worked with many trainers in NYC but Nerijus and his group are by far the most innovative, professional, selfless and talented trainers I’ve come across.
I’ve seen them take the most inexperienced and experienced, novices and athletes, and bring them to the next level.
I find the group classes grueling but fun. Nerijus always has new exercises and, if I can’t do one, he instantly comes up with a work around. They will also do 1 on 1 training and will devise programs to achieve long term fitness goals (weight loss, muscle gain, increased endurance or explosive power). He has made me push my limits but he is always aware of where those limits are. I’ve never felt unsafe.
Finally, they are also some of the nicest trainers I’ve met. I’ve been pretty intimidated by some macho trainers. The trainers at P3 are incredibly sensitive and responsive to my needs and abilities.
