I think it’s easy to get roped in by these because they look so delicious. They’re not bad, but for a place that serves only ice cream sandwiches, Melt Bakery is a bit disappointing. I had the chocolate peanut butter one, and it tasted neither strongly of chocolate nor of peanut butter. The flavors were very weak, and the cookie was too airy rather than dense and chewy. The ice cream is nothing special either. It’s not that Melt is bad, it’s just that it should be so much better.

It was so good, I had the limited editon s’mores flavor and it had marshmallow filling in the center of the ice cream. It was a good experience! The lady was very friendly and explained to me what every flavor was. It was good but $ 4 … for an ice cream sandwhich is a bit over priced !

My girlfriend and i were hanging at the park and came across the cart she suggested we try it. Good choice babe the ice cream was amazing and locates at a great place you buy the ice cream and can sit right there like we did on the benches and enjoy

A small cart located on the east end of the park serving up some delicious ice cream sandwiches. They always have about four flavors to choose from. My go to is the classic. It consists of vanilla ice cream sandwiched in between two chocolate chip cookies. Perfect for a hot summer day. Sandwiches are $ 4, but you can save a dollar if you have an NYUID. They also offer a rewards card where the tenth one is free. Stay cool.
