So I called In to order a pizza the guy on phone sounded like he just woke up from a nap. After I gave my card info he just hung up. I called back to make sure call didn’t get dropped I got told, no it went through. Asked why the hang up and said because card went through. I said well time of delivery all the normal info you usually give out and he acted like this was new to him. I don’t think I’ll order pizza from this dominos store ever again.

This is the only Domino’s Pizza that get my pizza right, thank you.

I never write good reviews but whoever just gave me my pizza(9:20pm you can figure it out) needs a raise. The whole staff seemed to, at minimum, be ok with working at a pizza place on Saturday night and that’s a good thing. They all seemed to be having a decent time, we’re friendly and helpful. The pizza; it’s alright.

Ordered carry out, and was given half the order but charged full price. Went back and was ignored for over 5 mins, I was the only one in the place. Finally got all of my order which it seems was in the shelf the whole time. This place has a serious lack of management.

Like to get talked over someone that insists they did the right thing? Call this place. Or just go to shitty little Cesar’s. Or have the shits and go to koi. «I like to pretend it’s the apps fault» is this place’s deal. Oh guess what corporate doesn’t think so. U bet I screen shot your lame excuses. So we should just call u to make sure our order is right? Like its my issue? «This is my store» isn’t something to say proudly. Weirdo. We are in the food industry. We aren’t delusional about the caliber of dominos. But for reals, stop talking over people, get your small town orders right(what do u get 7 orders a night In Elgin?) and eat a bite of humble pie. Manger is a Rookie loser. Drivers are very nice. Thank you.

Terrible staff. Terrible service. Dirty place. Walked in and was ignored by all 7 staff. We walked out without food. Nice«rebranding» dominos. Not! Don’t even bother with this place. Seriously. It’s disgusting and they can’t be bothered with customers.

Bad customer service– From the General Manager!!! If you need pizza in less than an hour, don’t bother with this location. Don’t call either when it’s been 50 minutes since you ordered and you still have no pizza. The general manager will be rude and say it’ll be another 30 minutes.

I love my local Dominos! Thanks for being consistently reliable delivery service. Thin crust is very good, and quality has always been really good.

Does not honor gift certificate for dominos, called in advance and the manager told her peons that they would accept it. Came in and she very rudely told me she would not accept it. DONOTWASTEYOURTIMEWITHTHESEIDIOTS.

Terrible. I’d rather go out of my way to pick up from a store further away then have this place deliver my pizza ever again. It’s takes about an hour to get your order despite the time of day. The pizza is always cold and more often than not, you get the wrong order. Or, more likely, you only get part of it. Don’t bother calling the store because the manager is rude and not at all helpful.

Placed a giant order for my students. 45MINUTESLATER they called to tell me they don’t deliver. I don’t mind they don’t deliver to my area, but a 45 minute wait? I could have ordered some place else and had it by then! Totally unprofessional. They didn’t even say sorry for the screw up.

These guys… wow. If they decide to not have a party in the store, you might get your order. 30 minutes after I ordered I get a call saying they messed up and it would be another 30 minutes. Serious partying heard in the background. Glad they had fun! Not sure if the manager was ‘missing in action’ or the part of the party.

Ok, it’s just Domino’s but it has been really good since I have eaten at this location. Look, we don’t have many options out here in the boon docks, but all in all it’s good!

If you are looking for competent staff and a helpful manager look elsewhere. It used to be great. Recent experiences have proven otherwise. This last time has been the worst. The lady doesn’t ask my name before hanging up on me so they have no idea where my pizza is when we come to pick it up. They have it but she put some random name on it and can’t give it to me. Thanks for making my kids stay hungry late on a school night. Good Luck! That’s where I’ll be heading to, the good luck grill. At least they are helpful when they make a mistake.

Had a very bad experience ordering from this Domino’s. May never order from them again, in spite of their ‘comeback’. I waited an hour, checking the ‘progress bar’ get to ‘quality check’ and stop there while Christopher checks my pizza. Since I knew it had to be out of the oven at that point, I called to check status. I got quickly put on hold, then spoke to ‘Chris’. Gave my address, and explained I had been waiting an hour. He said ‘oh yeah, your address, it is on the way — right now’ I asked why it took so long when the online estimate says 50−60mins? He said they had no control over this, which is a good point but was very rude the whole 2 minutes we talked. Kept asking if I wanted to cancel or not, acting like I was wasting his time. Will not order again, other pizza places offer as good/better prices — without the attitude.

Rest in peace Papa Geno’s. Since Domino’s is now the only pizza place remaining my family and I order when we have a pizza craving. It’s always a disappointment. Their buffalo wings are beyond greasy — they’re oily and soggy… Most likely because it takes at least an hour for them to deliver. The pizza is always lukewarm. One night we waited nearly two hours for them to deliver.

I like the new Domino’s and I liked the pizza delivered to me. However the team at the Manor Domino’s needs to get its act together. First, the gent on the phone said they didn’t deliver to us, I told him why do I have the cupon with your phone number then? It took two tries for him to process my credit card. Then he said 30 min, which I took with a grain of salt knowing the delivery radius. It took an hour and the young lady who cam to the door with the hot pizza, gave me the wrong receipt to sign… I’ve done this work before, I know it has many steps, but it is not complicated at ALL! I’ll give them one more chance, then it’s back to the Hut on Braker for me

This place sucks… I never eat chain pizza, and now I remember why. I ordered the Fiery Hawaiian… who thought up such a disgusting pizza. Pete Fumos… I shall return! …Oh, and they were rude and couldn’t figure out how to work the register… its a freakin’ franchise«plug and play». I guess thats too difficult for some of the Manor locals.
