Pizza Hut

Never had a good experience at this location. Quit going after manager actually argued with me. Thank God they opened one in Rendon. I was going to give them another try today since I was nearby, but they are out of mushrooms. Heading to Rendon again.

They have a evening buffet with 2 pizzas on it.
30 dollars haha they tried charging me for the buffet with the hair.
I rate them 1 star cause I have to.

Can’t go wrong with some Pizza Hut. Ordered online for future pickup and it came out right on time. Pizza is pizza and the toppings were fresh. I won’t dine in here but I’ll definitely order out. The place is dark and grungy-​like. I’ll avoid the buffet anyway.

My wife and I should have read the reviews first. Same dirty tables and sloth like waitresses. We got there at 12:30 for lunch on a Saturday and should have know when nobody was in the restaurant. The waitresses were in a booth chatting and on their phones when we came in. One brought menus to our booth. After a bit the took our drink order and then disappeared for 15 – 20 min in back. Out of sweet tea, Coke and water all that we could consume was the water. Something must have been wrong with the dispenser. We all ended up having water. We had wings, personal pan and the meaty marinara pasta. It was ok but all came out individually with about 5 to ten min between each. My son though we forgot to order his. He finally got his and then another 5 – 10 min went by and they brought the appetizer of cheese bread we thought they had forgot and had given up on. All in all Pizza Hut is never a 5 star dining experience but often can be a great place to grab a bite with the family. This one sadly won’t be that for us.

Delivery from this location is consistently bad. the food is hit or miss sometimes you get good food, but for the most part though it’s bad and the order is not correct. we’ve ordered several times with the specialty crust and most of the time it’s wrong.

Slow delivery. Slow dine in. Slow. Seems like no urgency to fill orders or take care of customers.

It took over an hour to eat there, because the waitress didn’t seem to have any kind of urgency. The other tables hadn’t been cleaned/​bussed after the customers left. The salad bar was disgusting, I don’t think it had been cleaned since lunch (we were there at 830pm). The worst experience ever at any resturant. I won’t be going back and pray we don’t get sick from eating there.

Why Can’t you Give Zero Stars? At 8:40pm We ordered 4 pizzas and a chocolate chip cookie online for delivery. The store is less than 1 mile away from our house. At 10 pm we still had no pizzas. When we called the store, they told us that they were sitting at the store. When we reviewed the online information including the DELIVERY specification, the manager (Matt) offered a $ 10 discount on cold pizzas for what was at least a $ 50 order. We cancelled (glad it was cash!). When I called back to get the name and number of a Regional Office to complain, I got sent to a survey line.
This store has screwed up previous orders for us and I am tired of it. WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT AGAIN!

We’ve ordered pizza to go from this location twice and it was terrible both times. Very few toppings on a meat lovers, crust was dry, etc. It just tasted different (in a bad way) from all other pizza hut locations.

Do not order delivery from here. Ordered online, quoted an hour and 30 minutes. Okay, that’s a long time but we agreed. 2 hours later we tried calling to check, since we hadn’t received our food yet. No one answered for the 15 minutes we stayed on the line. Decided to drive over there to pick it up. Our food had been sitting for an hour and was disgusting. Worker told us it would take 45 minutes to make 2 new cheese pizzas and breadsticks. Paid for and took the food home, tried to reheat. Was inedible. Did not receive any kind of compensation.
Will be complaining to corporate. This is ridiculous.

Well, what I hoped was going to be a nice gem of a Pizza Hut buffet near the house turned out to be a disappointment. I gave it 2 stars cus it’s still the only Pizza Hut buffet anywhere close and that counts for a star. The other star is mandatory as you can’t give someone zero stars. Enough said.
Bottom line is it’s back to school time, and I’m guessing that right before I got there all the high school kids had just left after wiping it out. So I will cut them some slack this time and update this later should it improve on my «one more chance» visit.
I will say that after the staff obviously decompressed a bit, the service got much nicer and better.
Moral of the story: Be careful at this place during school and when it opens cus I’m guessing it’s slammed and you won’t be happy.

Food was very good. Service was limited. Waitress was nice but not very attentive. Had to wait for drinks. Buffet was good and stayed full of fresh pizza.

just had a pizza delivered — they do not bring crushed pepper of parmesan cheese unless you request and pay for it! the is the first time i have ever heard of charging for basic condiments.
