Awful customer service! Between employees, customers, and events we have ordered from this place many times and it is usually at least okay service. I had a sweet person today that called them to have a pizza delivered to me at work and they refused to take the order. I called to find out why and the «Manager» told me that they have to see the card and the drivers license of the person placing the order and that you can not place an order for a location that you are not physically at. I asked here when this started because we have been ordering a long time and she told me that it is a policy that has always been in place. I can certainly understand a policy (even a stupid one) but I can not understand a RUDE tone and a snotty attitude! Well… I am currently enjoying a nice warm pizza that a friend sent to me at work via PAPA JOHNS!

We legitimately just found a dead baby cockroach baked under the cheese in our pizza. Feel nauseous and won’t ever be able to order from here again.

For a pizza delivery/​carry out place it’s top of my list. Fast, easy, online ordering is a life saver and I love the order tracker. And most importantly it’s always yummy and satisfies my comfort food cravings. :) Specialty chicken is the bomb.
