Arco’s Storage

Very impressed! Really good people. And not just in the office, but the maintenance men who were making some improvements noticed my wife and I were struggling with getting our stuff off the moving truck dropped what they were doing and helped us. At first I said «thanks, but we’ll manage» but they could tell we really couldn’t and insisted to help us and then repeatedly refused the gratuity I offered. They were truly our angels that day. Because of that experience, plus the fact this is a secure state of the art indoor facility, I highly recommend Arco’s Manteca.

I did not believe that true Customer Service was still being practiced or applied any more until one day three weeks ago. I am a believer once again.
I only had a certain amount of time to move my belongings a place, any place safe, immediately with only 1 hour to do it in.
It is now 5:22 pm and I am flying across manteca to get to the storage facility I previously rented from, no vacancies till next morning and i needed right now. and then they actually referred me to a trusted competetor Arco’s Storage.
The owner was understanding and management is Awesome, as well as courteous. the units are clean and i didnt see any rat poo or dead bug bodies. At 5:49 almost 25 min past closing (and the guy has been at work all day, and stayed for me.), i had one more weight taken off my shoulders. not only did i get to converse with a nice older gentleman that was in the lobby as i was told about all deals and coupons and left my new storage facility confident my belongings are safe not in a friend of a friend of a friends brothers uncle’s homemade shed and thankful that TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE is alive and well at Arco’s Self Storage, i think it should be just Arco’s Storage because when I’m there, I don’t feel by my-​Self.
Omg! I almost forgot. the icing on the cake was super unexpected and the cutest little welcome gift ever was by unit entrance the first time i went to my unit door. i was like,“aaaaahh! that’s so sweet.”, when you store there you’ll know exactly what i mean.
