This storage facility is more expensive per square foot than most of the other similar storage facilities in the Manteca area! And they require their renters to have INSURANCE on top of the high cost of the regular rent! The majority of other storage facilities in this area don’t require you to have, or buy insurance!
Security Public Storage offers discounts on rent if you review them on various websites other than Unilocal!It makes a person wonder why they need to make special compensations for reviews…
They even emailed me a link to the «Best Of» survey for the local newspaper. (Manteca Bulletin Best of List) it seems like they try a little too hard to be liked! It’s my opinion, that the really good business’ can stand on their own merit! By giving quality, service and value! The facility it self is good. But you can only legally enter and exit from the west to east direction! Also… keep in mind that you’re not able to access the units on some holidays. I was really surprised to see that they were closed on New Years Day! (a Friday) Seeing that many people are in need to access storage near the first of the month! And it being a three day weekend… It would have been a great opportunity for people like myself to move stuff. But wasn’t able to.

Thank you for the great service! Have great security system at site. You have to enter a code to enter faculty. Each unit has a alarm system. Also there is video surveillance system. Makes me feel safe. Clean area as well. Also penny will try and find the best deal for you. Love them!

I totally recommend this storage business. Great location right off hwy 99. Great prices and a nice variety of sizes of storage units. The manager, Penny, was very helpful, courteous, and amazingly competent! She definitely knows the ins and outs of the business. The facility is very clean and very safe. Again, I totally recommend this business.

This place a a grwat place to have your items stored. Once again this is one of many of security public storages that are top of the line un secyrity. You get that on site manager and all the alarms on each unit cimbined with a manager that cares. If you need storage and you are anywhere close to manteca come see Penny or Melissa.
