Ordered our food and when we received it it was wrong. She remade the order and we left and realized it was wrong again!

Huge disappointment today. Ordered two burgers and received one and some nasty jalapeño poppers (instead of the Jalapeño burger). My husband ate his burger and than I went to the bag to grab out mine and had to eat the jalapeño poppers instead. Yuck!
No point calling, last month they gave me the wrong order and I could only fix it by returning there for the correct order. I had to eat today.
Now I am stuck hungry with a bad taste in my mouth. It sucks not to get your food when you pay for it…

From my last review, still having issues with this Carl’s Jr.
If it doesn’t get all over the place, it doesn’t belong in your face… I remember when that was true, but the last few times I went to Carl’s Jr, they barely put any sauce… used to be one of my favorite fast food joints…

Super friendly and great customer service! I wanted to write this review in part to thank the great staff, two people who had to tolerate my dad’s rambling. He talks too much but man they were super nice about it, haha. Lastly, great fast service, a rare great customer service experience in a fast food place indeed.

Most of the time, I’ve been in Hardee’s territory and they serve some smaller burgers that I like plus the Mushroom Swiss Burger that is my favorite.
Moving across the country, Carl’s Jr offers big food. The people at this location are friendly and helpful but they don’t have smaller burgers. Thankfully, this location is a Green Burrito location so they have smaller choices.
The other day, I tried the burrito especial, which is slim super burrito with the dreaded (for me) guacamole.
Still I like the menu and this location has given me good service whenever I’m here. They need to clean their dining room every time I’m here, though.
