McDonald’s

Unfortunately I have been to this location many times and have a bad experience. I have 3 children so when we visit it’s the drive thru. Every time i order a sandwich with no cheese or onions, they still make it with cheese! I’ve received drinks with no straws, asked if sauce in bag and it’s not, juice box was forgotten, never hot fries, and not so friendly service. So now I drive across town IF we even decide to go McDonalds.

Not always very friendly. The ice cream machine has been broken for three months and they don’t seem very interested in fixing it. Our kids used to enjoy a weekly Sundae here after school but I’ve given up on that.

This McDonald’s is always hopping inside and at the drive-​thru. The main thing I like about this McDonald’s is that they have an indoor play area for the kids. It’s a fun place to go after church. You can order off the dollar menu and have fun for free.

It’s a fast-​food place. I get what I expect. The staff is friendly, prompt, and the food is the same as any other MCD.

STOP!!! when you leave the drive thru PLEASE and thank me later) they short you everytime not just sometimes no more. go order a sht load of food and 2 20 pcs chicken mc nugits bet you only get one and if you get 2 they will shot a bigmac or a lrg fri trust me try it today but remember STOP AFTER YOU GET YOUR ORDER thank me after wards

Well let’s see Manteca has a few McDonald’s locations and unfortunately for me this one is located very close to my house. Why is it unfortunate do you ask? Well because they have consistently poor service. If I go there 10 times 9 of those times my order will be wrong in some way. I am beginning to think they do it on purpose. I probably will not be able to remember every screw up they have done but I will list the ones I do remember. I am big on convenience so I keep going back but I think I am seriously considering driving to the other location on Yosemite because the service is 10,000 times better. My husband and I keep very crazy schedules and often times fast, cheap, and easy is the best route for us and we find ourselves at McDonald’s because it is open late and we like the food. But this particular location is a joke. Here are a few reasons why:
The main thing I order is a hamburger with EXTRA pickles and EXTRA onions. I can recall at least 3 occasions where I have gotten a hamburger with NO pickles or onions. I can recall about 5 where I have gotten a hamburger with NO pickles. The order was correct on the receipt. It always is. The people in the back making the food are incompetent.
I remember one occasion that sticks out the most because I got the extra pickles and onions but the burger had no meat in it,. Yes that’s right bread, ketchup, mustard, pickles, and onions but NO MEAT! UM WTF! How do make a hamburger with no meat. That is not something you forget. I searched the bag thinking it must have fell out and it is somewhere. I refused to believe they forgot the meat. Well it was not there. They did that on purpose totally. And when I went back and demanded they fix it they thought it was funny. It really wasn’t.
At least 3 occasions where I have gotten no straws with the drinks I ordered. Lucky for me I have straws at home.
At least 2 occasions where my husband has ordered chicken nuggets and asked for honey mustard and they did not give him any at all.
At least 3 occasions where I have gotten diet soda instead of regular soda like I asked.
2 occasions for the totally forgot to give me a soda at all and after they gave me my food they looked at me like I was an alien or something for not leaving and I had to remind them to give me my drinks.
There was an occasion where my husband ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and they gave him a big mac instead.
Bottom line is I NEVER leave that place without checking my food first. And by check I mean open the burgers up and make sure they are correct. I always have to go inside and get something fixed too. There is one manager there, i forget her name, but she is white lady that wears very thick eye makeup. she is the restaurant manager if you let her know about the problems you have she will hook you up with free food and she actually gets mad when they mess up. She is the only one in the place that seems to care so I am giving an extra star for her. She is the only one that has ever tried to rectify bad situations. When I got my no pickles or onions hamburger she not only yelled at the kitchen staff for messing up my order but she did acknowledge that they have been getting alot of complaints lately. She also took my info. and said next time I came I could get a free combo meal which I thought was very nice. I would normally give one star but because of her I will add another. She is the only one that gives the place any hope.

Extremely poor service, even by McDonalds’ standards. Only went as a treat for the kids, and I’m sorry I did. Slow service (over 15 minutes to get food), served hot tea without the tea, no napkins, straws, or condiments. Staff was unfriendly and unresponsive– 15 people working but no one ever at the counter. Pretty unbelievable. Flies all over the dining area. Bathroom disgusting. Nasty.

its your basic McD’s. The staff is very nice, the food is exactly what you’d expect from a mcdonalds. Whenever i come here, there are a lot of old people though…
