I was overcharged on my meal. Got charged for a large meal with curly fries, yet I ordered SMALL and REGULAR fries. Went back to the counter with my receipt and clerk told me «well I heard curly fries and you said large size»…so when I received my meal, it was small, with regular fries… But never was refunded. So I paid for something i didn’t get.

I’ve always received exceptional customer service from the employees at this location. Every once in a while, the food isn’t as it should be, but no one is perfect and it’s fast food. Any issues I’ve had are always resolved inmediately. I will continue to frequent this location.

Such a poorly run establishment. My chicken sandwich had HALF a piece of chicken in it. No joke! I was chomping on mayo lettuce until I realized the chicken was half of what it should be! It also did not taste fresh! It was soooo chewy! I’ve had a lot of spicy chickens in my Jack in the box time & this one was just GROSS. Never again will I visit this location!

Too often Jack in the Box is a sloppy mess. That describes this location, unfortunately.
I have a ridiculous idea that it’s okay to go to JiTB after 10 at night to get the 2 tacos for $ 0.99 and hang out. I’ve done it too many times.
Tonight, they didn’t seem to be ready. It took a few minutes for someone to take our order. After that, it took 9 minutes to get our 4 tacos and 2 orders of fries, but we got our two small cups right away.
Finding a clean or clear table took a while, too.
The food was okay. It’s Jack, right? You can’t expect greatness from them any more than you can expect it from McDonald’s.

Food was hot and crispy for fast food it is good. The only problem is that they missed the chicken sandwich. Check your order before you leave and get back on the highway. We were too late and already in Tracy before we discovered the missing food we paid for.

This was the first time I tried this location I usually go to the main st one, this place has poor customer skills the drive through person got my order wrong ad so i went in to have her fix it and she argued with me saying that i was wrong. I just wanted her to say sorry sir what can we do to fix it., needless to say I asked for my money back and I will never go there again. I am in sales she completely miss handled the situation. Jack in the box needs to train there employees with better people skills.

Best curly fries on earth, I love their bacon ultimate cheeseburgers… my fave fast food place ever! i come here so much, its really bad how often i come. The food tastes so good. When i have a bad day id rather come get a bacon ultimate cheeseburger than a pint of ice cream :)

Clean place but the service is awful. I witness an employee charge a customer $ 0.25 for an extra spoon. WTF?
