Extremely slow drive thru. I arrived at 12:15, which in understand is lunch time. What I don’t understand is the 5 minute wait to order, then the 12 minute wait to pay and get my food. By the time I got it, it was cold. There were periods of time the line didn’t move for several minutes. While the girl that took the order and money was pleasant, they need to work on their efficiency and timing. I will be driving to Ripon instead of this location going forward.

slowest drive thru ever. Don’t ever go to this drive thru unless you are willing to wait at least about 10 min to get your food. Ugh!

Very modern, probably remodeled in the last few years. Staff member wasn’t very friendly, but besides that it’s a great location. Nice seating area, free wifi. Right off of 99.

Stopped going to this location completely because of the fact that the local druggies like to «camp and bbq» at the side of their driveway. Didn’t mind it until I witnessed the guy who own the cart start harrassing someone unprovoked. I wish the city could step up and help that shopping center clean them out.

First time dining at the«new«restaurant in Manteca. Homeless guys are camped out next door. I entered the restroom to find one homeless guy shaving his head in the sink. I asked to speak with manager because restroom was a mess and needed cleaning. Never spoke to her and she checked restroom and left. While dining the homeless men kept entering the dining room filling up on soda at least three times in the thirty minutes I was there. This is a blight and McDonald’s needs to take action . First step is to replace management!!! NOLONGERGOLDEN!!!

This McDonalds has a girl working the drive thru that is model hot. I’ve been a few times and they always hit the chain standards. It’s very modern and has a two lane drive thru.

It’s sad mcds used to be a nice place to stop no matter where you were. It’s Sunday night. Bathroom are filthy. Trash cans over flowing all over the floor. No tp. In the dinning room floor is super sticky everywhere. Around soda machine area dried soda marks everywhere. Trash on the floor in dinning room also(straw wrapper, French fry wrappers). Not short staffed either. I heard this is a new mcds too. So sad to me. One star for the 1.00 iced teas. Super pricey other wise.

My mother and I came thru the drive thru today twice, the first time we got food and drinks and the second time we just bought a Large sweet tea. My mother is anemic so spends a good part of the day eating ice. Ice and water are supposed to be free at ANY restaurant. The kid at the first window was polite and quick but the lady at the second window had a big attitude. My mother asked for the tea to be served with light ice. And then asked for two cups of ice for herself. The employee gave my mom a dirty look and then said «So you want LIGHT ice in your tea AND you want TWO Extra cups of ice.» «Yes.» “So you’re getting THREE drinks for ONE?” «No, my daughter’s getting tea and I’m getting ice.» My mother then explained that she had anemia and that she eats ice, the employee rolled her eyes and handed over the tea and ice. My mother asked if she could speak to the manager, and the window lady told her ” No. Well if that’s what you want to drink…” «Yes, I want to speak to your manager about your attitude.» The assistant manager was called over and gave some bullshit excuse about how McDonald’s is supposed to charge for cups of ice even though ice water is free because somehow McDonald’s loses money giving out ice, all while the other employee is arguing she doesn’t have an attitude and we’re trying to get free drinks. Assistant manager said that she was going to let it slide this time but would charge us next time, implying we did something wrong and she was going to be gracious and let us off easy. What should have been a quick transaction turned into a 3 minute long argument all because the drive thru lady doesn’t like to give customers cups of ice. We may have ordered one cup of tea in that visit but we are still paying customers and deserve to be treated as such. It is California law that ice water must be free in restaurants, so how am I going to believe that excuse?

I don’t know what happened to McDonalds. Ever since they moved from across the street, and went to the 2 drive thrus, they can’t seem to get the orders right or the money. This time at lunch time, my burger and fries were cold. GROSS

Stopped here on our way down the state. Just ordered a few coffees and burritos. Their frappé machine was down and so was their smoothie machine. They were out of orange juice and wouldn’t give us a water cup because they had no ice. The lady at the register was very rude. The burritos were not rolled, just laid in the paper and put on the tray. My sister asked for no whipped cream on her mocha and they filled all the extra space in her cup with whipped cream. My dad asked for salsa with his burrito, didn’t get it in the tray, so he went back up to the counter and was ignored for a few minutes. Until he finally reached over the counter to get it and the employees started yelling at him. Overall, this was a terrible experience. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone ever. I know fast food has low expectations, but for this one you shouldn’t have any!

My sister and I just recently visited this location earlier this afternoon. We ordered two hot fudge sundaes, a well done fry and an ice water via the drive through. The service was not very kind at the first window and it took at least a full minute to complete the transaction, which in my experience is very peculiar for McDonald’s. Upon receiving our order we immediately noticed our sundaes were only 2⁄3 full with hardly a spot of fudge. We were going to let it go. Then when we returned home I opened the bag to have the fries. I was not happy. They were the opposite of well done, they were cold, mushy, and at least 20 minute old fries. This may be a pregnant lady being picky, but it seems the only thing they got right was the ice water.

Ugggh, McDonald’s is not great food. It’s not even cheap food any longer. It’s just there. I go to McDonald’s generally when nothing else is available in a town. This time, a friend had been bugging me to go. This location was opened recently. It should have all of the newest, finest equipment, and be clean, yes? The windows were smeared so badly, it was like someone soaped the windows on Halloween. When I went to get my iced tea, not only was it at the end, but there was tea all over the counter, apparently from all four of the dispensers. The iced tea also had a slightly soapy taste. The prices were reasonable but for a bit more, you could go to Chili’s and get something with real taste. You can find things on the menu with taste, but they’re rare. McDonald’s now is about the Happy Meal generation and getting kids from 13 – 30 to stuff their faces while they remember their happiest moments of life here. Cynical? Yes, I am. I’m not sure what the big deal was to create a new store. They eliminated the Playland, giving Del Taco an edge. At least, the service was friendly.
