French Camp Road Self Storage

I am happy with the specials and the storage we were offered was on the bottom floor close to the drive way which makes it very easy access to move things in and out. I recommend this storage to everyone

I’ve been with them for a few months now, and am impressed. The staff is helpful and friendly and made the process easy for me. I’ve been to a couple other storage places around the area that were pretty dirty (one ruined my white couch) but French Camp Self Storage was very clean! I got a storage unit outside and am very happy with them.

Helped empty out a storage unit only to find that the elevator was broken. Apparently it’s been broken for months. We had to schlep the entire 14×14 or so unit crammed full of furniture and stuff to the other end of the site through 2 sets of tiny doors. The stairwell for the big couch… sucked. The elevator at the far end was more than a year expired of certification and kept slamming on us without the sensor working. Arms and legs were not spared.
The units had no lighting inside either, as an FYI. They also have a water cooler in the front office with a sign next to it that says 75c per cup. That was pretty tacky and bad for on a hot day.
Staff was friendly though, but not in any position to help with the elevator or our 4.6 miles of misery (distance tracked by my fitbit) that represented the total back and forth to get moved.
Such a shame to waste a day and the vertebrae.
