Omni Pest Management

I have nothing but good words I can say about Omni Pest Control, Chris, Michelle and his sons who have provided excellent service for many years. You name the pest, living in the country, I have had it… from black widows to ants to rats… ugh. No matter what though, I just have to call and Omni pest is out to take care of it. I have the bimonthly service but if anything comes up in between there is no extra charge. So nice to deal with a family business. They also taking care of my office building and am completely comfortable with them having a key to the building or accessing my backyard when I am not at home.

Always on time and on schedule like clockwork. They send a confirmation ahead of time with a reminder they are coming out to spray. Highly recommend.

My elder mom lives in Lathrop and she was having problems with ants coming into her kitchen and bathroom (it was horrible!) so I called Omni to spray her house. They did such a good job, my mom insisted that I leave a Unilocal review on her behalf.
Apparently Omni is a family owned business, so the person I talked to in the office is one of the owners, as is the person who came out to spray my mom’s house-​Mike. My mom said Mike was so polite and explained everything he was going to do, including what chemicals he was using in detail. My mom is paranoid of chemicals but he told her all about them and she told me she felt comfortable with what he was using and how he applied it. I was a little surprised because I thought she might not let him spray too much and then the problem would persist. But it didn’t! The ants are gone and my mom is pest free again =)
It’s nice to find a family owned company that I can trust to help my elder mom without me having to be there to supervise. I feel better hiring a company where the owners are involved in every part of the business; it just seems like they care more AND they didn’t just hire some guy off the street who answered a craigslist ad like most companies probably do. My mom said Mike was really knowledgeable. Thanks Mike and thank your family at Omni =)

Omni Pest has been taking care of my by-​monthly pest service for many years. I am pleased with the service and they are always professional. I moved within Manteca about a year ago and spoke with Chris about moving service. Chris let me know what pest were a problem in the new neighborhood and is very knowledgeable. Omni moved my service to the new home with a larger lot but did not increase my Rate! I had several bee hives they eliminated at no extra charge. I had them come out today for wasp in a tree and no extra charge. They stand behind what they do and I like doing business with local companies.

Was a confusion upon canceling service, that is making me retract my 5 star review. The lady on the phone was very nice but I will no longer feel I can rely on Omni, as I tried to cancel and they still continued service. This last time that they sprayed, we have ants ALL over our house. It’s very odd timing, considering after they gave us a «freebie» spray that we deal with ants in bedrooms coming from ceilings! I am beyond frustrated. Even if it weren’t for the ants, when I cancel– there should be no confusion about wether or not I did. They did apologize, however with my experience, I’ll look elsewhere.
