Starbucks

Used to be my favorite Starbucks until tonight I was so pissed I decide to go on my lunch break and go in to get a salad and I wait in line for about 15 minutes while the coworkers just talk when I’m needing to get back to work I was the only one in line. My green tea is like 90 percent milk tastes like crap. Vanessa was very rude will not be coming back here sticking to the other coffee shops.

This is 2 for 2 now of them messing up my order. First time, I order a hot skinny cinnamon dolce latte and pay my $ 5. I drive away and didn’t take a sip immediately. When I did, it was plain black coffee. I was late for an appointment and did not have time to go back. Yesterday, I order the same thing. An iced, skinny cinnamon dolce latte. It should have had fat free milk and SUGAR free syrup. With no whip. He repeats the order and it was correct. I get to window and he hands it to me with a ton of whip. I said, skinny isn’t supposed to come with whip and I hand it back. Well he hands it to a girl who rolls her eyes and scrapes the whip off and hands it back. I didn’t need have time to keep waiting, as the line was already 15 min long and I have a class to teach. I ignored the fact that there were still pieces of whip on top of my drink and take a sip. Only to taste pure sweetness which obviously meant that it had the regular syrup in it, NOT sugar free. This place is terrible. Can’t make a drink right for $ 5 and this is twice now.

Drive through, get a coffee. Ask for a coffee plug ‘stopper’, and they always seem to be out. This makes expereince number 5 for me. Shame on me to keep trying at this location. Ordered a crossant, and get a bag with my crossant, and now I need to ask for napkins. Really, this is basic. Train the poor new lady you have at the service drive up window and go over the basics. I have many many other starbucks and Pete’s coffee to pick from, so on my way I go.

Super slow. And they have about 8 people working. They were out of stoppers for your hot drinks. Thought it would be faster coming in then going through the drive thru. I was wrong.

I have been here five different times for a cold brew coffee. Four of the five times they were out (by 9am!). Their excuse is that it takes so long to brew. So brew more! Bad planning and bad customer experience.

Their drinks have gone down hill it seems. Their pumpkin drinks this year are so gross. This is not just at one location but several and customer service is always horrible. They look at you like your stupid if you don’t know their verbiage. Also, where’s the caffeine?

I love starbucks. Their coffee is always good and the customer service is excellent. Great experiences

The service is so slow & it’s also depends on the time & day the staff are not always friendly, they act like we are there to bother them & we should be nice & friendly to them if we want to get our coffee. What happen to good customer service?

I have been at this specific location several times and the wait has been really bad! I thought I’d give it one last chance, but sadly it was the worst experience out of all the times I was there before… I’ll stick to the One located closer to my home from now on !

Went in to get some coffee for me and my husband normally we are treated with kindness and a smiley face and by name today however the cashier named Lovely didn’t say hello didn’t have a smile on her face it was like she was pissed off we come to this Starbucks often and like it but today I had to give it a 1 star because of her attitude… after all the customers were taken care of she started joking and laughing with coworkers shouldn’t she have treated us the customer that was with a smile and an hello?

Definitely did not get my order right. The sticker is correct… She read it out correct… But I assume they figure when they make a wrong you just won’t notice.
I really need to find an alternative to Starbucks because if it’s going to be slow behind the counter, the orders should at least be correct.

Very SLOW service, and the staff do not seem to want to be there we had to have our drink remade as it was so strong the first time we won’t be going back to this one Try the Jamba Juice next door much better service and drinks

I like there Double Chocolate Chip Frap., and there Black tea (recommended with milk and sugar)!

Always good and super quick even at the worst and busiest of times of the day. :)

Overpriced and taste at times is lacking so not my favorite place to waste 5 bucks for a beverage and the tip jar? Don’t get me started.

Starbucks is Starbucks, you know what to expect and the service is always great but I find the products the company has to be lacking in quality. I am not a coffee snob but I did work in a coffee shop that took may precautions and cared for our products deeply and our customer’s satisfaction. and no matter which one I go to 9 times out of 10 the espresso in my drink is burnt, which is a no go for me.
That being said I am not trying to knock starbucks just simply stating that I am not one of the many that enjoy it.

I guess I came at a wrong time for them. I wasn’t welcomed or acknowledged when I came in for about 5 minutes. The guy that took my order handed me off to two different girls before I finally paid and got my drink. Overall a sorta good drink but mediocre service.

Everyone was plenty nice, helped me order and seemed like they were having a nice time. I am giving this 2 stars because occasionally a worker would start screaming and everyone else on staff started yelling. I’m sitting here trying to drink coffee in peace and a couple of times I just hear yelling. Maybe this place is just super upbeat. Would not recommend to get work done.

For me, this location has been a hit-​or-​miss when it comes to speed of service and accuracy of the drinks ordered.
Drive-​thru seems to be served faster than going inside (even when the customer count inside is less than the number of cars in drive thru).
If you order drive thru, we have found that all but the simplest drinks have a high chance of coming out wrong. Modifications like using whole milk, adding extra pumps, etc. are often ignored, so be sure to verify your order before driving up to the window.
Very convenient location, and reasonably good service, so we will use them again (often).

There are 3 Starbucks within my vicinity but this is my favorite. I go everyday around the same time to get my drink (venti, light ice, ½ the pumps, no whip white chocolate mocha) Just typing it makes me want one! The «dream team» of ladies always get it right the first time. They not only keep that drive thru flowing seamlessly but always have a smile for my kids and I. My coffee indulgence is my vice… I don’t want a grumpy face handing me my cup of «happy» and ruining my moment. They are FABULOUS!
I try not to have favorites… they’re ALL SWEET! but… I DO! Jazz, Aries and Carlos are the ABSOLUTE BEST!
I’m very happy they added the option for tipping on the Starbucks app. I try to always have dollar bills for them but now if I don’t it’s easy to still take care of them.
