I have a lot of good things to say about this place but what made this place was a great employee named Amanda! She helped my family with everything we needed and went above and beyond that! She really cared for us and made everything so smooth, just a great employee. I hope she gets more praise at her work place for her great customer service. Thank you again Amanda, you’re awesome!

We were looking for a new mobile carrier because AT&T had gotten on my last nerve. All the staff here were extremely friendly and helpful even under the stress of iPhone 6 release week. T was the associate we worked with and he was awesome! Explained everything thoroughly and made sure we were happy with our plan and equipment. I am very happy we switched, thank you T!

The customer service I received was outstanding. Even though the representative works off commission and could’ve made a lot of extra money he still saved me money by showing me other options.
I’ve been in the store three times and have experienced outstanding service every time.
I’ve referred two friends and two family members and they love the service as well.

Line out the door because there was 1 guy working with 2 trainees. Took an hour to get service. One of the trainees was just walking around not helping people while the crowd waited, no manger on site at the time.

San Mateo, CA
Called ahead to make sure phone was in stock and they would honor the same promotion I saw on the T-​Mobile web site. Woman on the phone said yes. I printed it out just in case. 10 registers, 2 employees, 2 customers ahead of me. Waited 40 minutes to talk to someone once I got there.
They would not honor the web site promotion. They were apathetic and suggested that I buy from
instead. I wanted to get it in store so I could get it the same day without having to pay shipping. Instead, I wasted my time and ended up buying it online anyway. The associate was Felicia and the manager was Dave.
