Our house sold, for the asking price, before the sign got in the ground!. .. These women and their dedicated support team are very serious and work hard to make the buying or selling of your home as seamless as possible.

We purchased a home with the «Lori’s» as the sellers agent. We bid 15K over the asking price but unfortunately for the seller it appraised at 28K under our offer, the seller ended up selling us the house for their asking price of $ 300K. During the entire time, we were insulated from the seller, unable to ask them any questions about issues with the house, like when was the last time pool filter was changed, drip and landscape irrigation timer questions, and all sorts of mysterious auto timing lighting issues.
I suspect that the sellers won’t talk to us is because:
1. The house didn’t appraise high enough for us to pay them the initial bid
2. They have some sort of wacky attachment to the house and feel that they should just leave it behind in their memories
3. Somebody died in the house and it’s haunted now, which would explain the mysterious lights coming on for no reason.
In closing, if you’re represented by «the Lory’s», you’re in good hands, if your buying from them… not so much.
