They are dishonest and deceitful. My 84 mother had them pickup a high quality large sofa and chair in immaculate condition. Initially they told her the sofa would probably sell for $ 650 and the chair $ 475. They also informed her that it would cost her $ 70 for them to transport them to their store. Their take was 60% of the sale price.
After several months the sofa sold. We only knew because we went in to check. They have never called her and every time she calls no one answers, she leaves a message but her call is never returned. She finally received a check for $ 88. They claim it sold for $ 460 (I saw lesser quality sofas that were $ 800 and more). The chair is still there and they didn’t mention it. She continues to call with no response.
They took advantage of an elderly woman and will not allow her to communicate with them. Do not do business with these crooks. If you do, ask yourself who they may have cheated. I would give them no star but the app forces you to give one.

What thought like a good idea a first to try and sell furniture turned out to be a huge mistake. The price that is set for «value» does decrease once it sits in the store less than 30 days and you never hear from a sales associate you have to track them down to see if your furniture is still on the floor, what is going on, may I extend? By the time you have finished with all the «fees» I would recommend just donating your furniture to someone in need and taking the tax write off or if you have time try and sell it yourself– a much better alternative.

Good place to pick up furniture although some pieces seem marked up really high. Found some great vintage lamps and tables here. Worth a look since their inventory changes regularly because they get things in all the time. I was a little upset to see a moving label on one piece though (I was just involved in a cross-​country move scam and the label looked just like the ones on my things when I finally got them).
